Everything is ok except a nearby construction site at work. If you need the hair dryer, ask the hotel ower. She always smiles.

A nice a little place, with a small pool. Nice Sealy mattress, friendly hosts. Located in between Pattaya and Jomtiem.

Convenient location, between Jomtien and North Pattaya, 1 min walking to public transport. Room was clean, host and staff are nice.

Friendly and helpful staffs, extremely cozy and decent place at a reasonable price. Would totally stay again our next visit. Restaurants next door are really good too.

it's suddenly out of electricity power, I got down and ask the desk will that be any compensation. They laugh at me said there is nothing they can do for the electricity outage.

A good hotel if you like a place away from all the mayhem of Central Pattaya. The price was reasonable and the room was very clean! (I checked behind the TV, it was clean!). The service staff of the hotel really put in a lot of effort to keep everything clean and their room service is very thorough. The location: not so great, but if you spend 50 baht on a Grab motorbike you can be at Soi Bukhao or Central Pattaya in about 10 mins. Note that the hotel don't provide breakfast, but there are good breakfast places in the area. One small problem: no kettle or hot water. Oh well I bought one. Lastly, the room has a nice desk with drawers, if you need to do something productive or use a laptop etc. Overall a nice stay with really friendly staff!! ☺️

There was always some noise out of the windows

Good Location. You can take song-taew bus for 10 baht (Jomtien-Terminal21 route). There is a affordable restaurant next door as well. It was a reasonable price. The room was old, but it was clean and well organized. The hotel even has a small swimming pool. The staffs were friendly and helpful. There was no hair dryer in the room, but you can ask the staff for it. There were staffs at the lobby 24/7. (There were stains on the pillowcase 🙏🏻)

It was a great spot to stay a bit far from the main locations but close to other spots, especially beach. Pros.: - The spot is clean. The rooms were perfect. One air conditioner worked strangely in one room. But again, we booked it for 3 people and had two nice rooms and one living room with a couch. - Amenities. Bathroom, swimming pool downstairs. Fridge, cattle, coffee. All good. - Flexible check-in and check-out. - Bike drivers do not bug you if you just want to walk. Cons.: - Sometimes there are no bike drivers around. Should walk or find another one.
