The kettle was too dirty. The environment was acceptable, but the elevator was not available. For a little girl, it would be fatal to go up the stairs to carry the suitcase🧳. I forgot to take the room key, so the boss came over specially. Thank you.

I stayed 4 nights, I had a great time. Impeccable cleanliness. I felt at ease as the owners proved to be available for any need! Location near the San Matteo Foundation. Advised!

The structure is located in a condominium near the San Matteo Polyclinic in an area frequented by students and professionals. Few services around e.g. quality restaurants, supermarkets and bars. The apar**ent is very welcoming and tidy. It is accessed with a code. After 7pm there is no reception. Very modern furnishings. Very clean and well furnished room. Courtesy service in the complete bathroom. Presence of kettle with tea bags, Nespresso pods. Parking available on the street. They do not offer breakfast service but a voucher to use in a nearby bar is provided as a gift

Arriving following the host's perfect instructions inside a normal condominium we found ourselves in front of a super modern apar**ent with the entry codes in the entrance on the table we found the card with the room codes, which is beautiful and an understatement. Comfortable bed, large bathroom with spacious shower, 55 inch TV. In short, the best you could have had for the price paid.

Large, clean room, with coffee and tea, fair price. Owners very kind in giving directions. The only flaw, but only as far as I'm concerned, are the hard pillows, but that's subjective now. Absolutely recommended.

Hotel located near the train station. Very modern structure with essential interiors. Impeccable cleanliness. Very kind and affable owner. Inside the room there is a herbal tea maker and a coffee machine. If I return to Pavia I will use this hotel.

Bed and breakfast on the first floor of a condominium, in an anonymous but quiet setting, near the train station next to free parking. It's all new, neutral and minimal (even too much...) in shades of grey. Impeccable cleanliness, kind manager, fair prices, breakfast is not included but we were provided with a voucher for a nearby bar. Kettle in the room with selection of tea and coffee, two pillows per person, huge TV screen, courtesy bottles of water in the room and fridge available. If we want to find fault at all costs, little attention to small details such as a full-length mirror and a few hooks and support surfaces in the bathroom. Advised.
