EewanrWonderful experience at the hotel. Professional teams willing to help with any request. Room and decor immersive an incredibly high quality. The hotel brings you into its world. Had a wonderful time with my mother staying in the triple room and a great breakfast. Thanks so much to the whole team for making this special stay memorable !

GGuest UserQuite good location. A bit aged deco. Toilet is ok. Very basic without much amenities. Breakfast is quite basic. And hot food seems to be frozen cooked food, like it’s chicken wings. Eggs are ok. Croissant bad for France standard. Coffee tea ok. Service not bad in restaurant but average at check in and out.

MManishSinghOur stay at Le Grand Quartier was exceptional and easily one of the best parts of our Paris trip. The hotel strikes the perfect balance between modern design and Parisian charm. The rooms were thoughtfully designed—stylish, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious by Paris standards. Everything felt clean, fresh, and well-maintained, with attention to detail that really elevates the experience.

GGuest UserClean and functional. Family of 3 adults. Friendly staff. Bathroom / shower was small. Appreciate shelving and hooks in bathroom. There is a blow dryer. Body wash/ shampoo combined. If you’re fussy, bring your own. No hair conditioner, no body lotion. Excellent breakfast, our favourite. They had foosball table and ping pong, which we did not use. There is a gym that we did not use for our one night stay. Very close to metro. Great that it’s 2 minutes to Bercy Village and Park. About 15 minutes walk to bus terminal.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is fantastic, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. My family and I loved it; we booked two rooms for two nights. However, the reception staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming. We discovered that the rooms were on the top floor and were always cold because the air conditioning was inadequate. There was also a persistent unpleasant odor in the hallways. What bothered me most was the lack of water in the rooms, except for the minibar, which contained two bottles. After using them, the attendant asked us to pay for them. When checking out, they asked me how many bottles of water I had used. I said two because I realized I had to pay 5 euros for a small bottle, which is exorbitant. After paying and checking out, the receptionist announced that they had discovered I had used three bottles, not two, as if I had stolen a bottle of water. I booked two rooms with three beds each; we were a family, and one of my children might have used the hotel water without me noticing. I paid a considerable sum for the hotel, and the bottle of water was a small price to pay.

GGuest UserThe staff were extremely kind and helpful! All three team members gave me tons of useful local information, including subway guidance, directions, tour tips, and safety advice. Their support made my Paris trip truly wonderful and seamless. I was a bit anxious beforehand since it was a trip with just me and my two daughters in a completely new country and city—but everything turned out perfectly! The daily breakfast was absolutely delicious and gave us a fresh, energetic start every morning. The hotel is conveniently located near three subway stations, making it easy to get to and from the airport and the Eurostar station—no need for taxis at all.

GGuest UserI chose it at the location and Cospa. The front desk is small, but there is always a staff member, they can store your luggage and greet you every time you go in and out. This price is appreciated in this location, so I complain about the facilities No. The elevator was very narrow and it was almost difficult for a stroller and an adult to ride together. Also, the passage is narrow and dark. The room is not large, but it has everything you need for a double bed, and it is convincing to think that the room is spacious even if the elevator and passage are narrowed. Overall, this hotel is recommended and you may choose here when you come to travel again.

GGuest UserThe hotel room was very spacious and good value for money. You could even see the Eiffel Tower from the balcony right outside the window. It's just a few minutes' walk from the hotel, and there are two metro stations nearby, making it super convenient to get anywhere, including the Louvre, Champs-Élysées, and Galeries Lafayette, all within ten minutes. Plus, there's a popular bakery downstairs!

FFloramengmengHygiene: It was alright, the bathroom was very small but had everything you needed, so it was clean. Facilities: It was so small you could barely turn around, and a suitcase could only just about open fully. Service: You had to leave your key at the front desk when you went out, and the elevator would be full with just one person and two suitcases. The location was actually quite good. There's a supermarket right outside to the left, and a nice breakfast cafe a bit further down. The area also felt very safe.
