Hotels in Dataran Sunway, Petaling Jaya

The room is decent for short term stay. Just needed somewhere to crash for a night so I wasn’t expecting any fancy room with the price paid. The hotel is located with a lot of eateries nearby. They provide water dispenser at each floor and thats a good ESG initiative. My only comment is the sound isolation of the room. I could literally hear people walking past and their conversations. Also to note the room deposit can only be paid with actual CASH and not even Touch n Go.

Just one pug in a room, I booked a family room that can live 4 adult, it's not convenient to us to charge hand phone, give a suggestion to bring a wire extension if you want to book this hotel Every thing is ok, room is clean and hotel near by mrt, and there are a lot of restaurant around the hotel. customer service and front desk are very polite, excellent! 👍👍

the good: 1. because the room is small, the aircond gets cold quickly and wifi is averagely good 2. the location of this hotel is excellent and is located near many convenient places thus would make a good place to stopover for the night if you are tired. Even more convenient than Xplorer hotel 3. no issue with the toilet as it is clean and served its purpose well. Theres even toiletries and toothbrush/toothpaste provided the bad: 1. during check-in, the staff at the counter seems to be overworked as she hardly smiled or even had the mood. seems like she is forced to be there the whole day and has not had a holiday for a very long time. 2. It may get a little noisy at the entrance but because my room has no window, it was alright. Overall, the location of this hotel and comfort adds points but the lack of parking is a thing of a concern if you are planning to check in during the afternoon. I would consider staying this hotel over the Xplorer because of its cleanliness and nice lobby.

1.The towel and quilt is not clean, I got red spots on my whole body from the first day.When I checked out and try to negotiated this case with staff, at that time I didn't wanna anything but a say. They showed non respect attitude, they don't care about the case and they 100% don't want to be responsible. After stay I went to hospital, doctor said it was because I used unclean towel. It was very severs, so I can only ask sick leave for 1 week from work. Because the attitude and responds I got from hotel, this time I asked booking.com help me to go and negotiate for me, but the booking get the same answer, the hotel don's not possible to open the door. 3. Extremely low cost performance! The price I paid doesn't equals the room and service I get. Strongly don't recommend!!!!! 1. The towels and quilt sheets of the hotel were not clean and I developed a red rash after the first night of my stay. I tried to communicate with the staff and their supervisors on this matter when I checked out. I didn't mean to pay for it, I meant to say it, but the attitude they gave me from their staff and supervisors was that they didn't care what happened after I checked in, and they didn't want to take any responsibility. After the trip I went to the hospital and the doctor replied after the diagnosis that it was caused by the use of the hotel's dirty towels. Because the rash was so bad, I was able to ask for a week's sick leave and it had a very big impact on my work. After the doctor's diagnosis, I communicated directly with the hotel before, and the hotel gave a disrespectful attitude. This time I let booking.com come forward to help me communicate this thing. The result was the same. The hotel was completely irresponsible. I said that it would strengthen health management. I was very disappointed with this sense of responsibility and hygiene of their hotel staff. 2. The room was very, very small. Even if you bring the boarding box, you can't open the door when you open the boarding box. 3. Very low cost performance! Highly not recommended!!!

At first was given the room at most corner facing main road 1st floor. Damn smelly make me want to puke out. The cigarette smell was quite terrible. Went down and request for a room change. The management should pay more attention into the cleanliness of their room and toilet. Feel a bit itchy the next morning not sure why.

Newly refurbished hotel, clean and comfy room. The location is strategic, with tonnes of amenities around, plus a smooth checkin process! Will surely comeback!
