Good for university, pretty easy to get other places too. Room was nice and clean and comfy Staff were beautiful and polite Hotel was all clean and nice, elevators to lobby and upper floors were sometimes slow.

This is one of the nicest hotel I have ever been at.

The reception staff on the 3rd floor were overbearing and quite unfriendly. And there was no rinse aid in the room. There was hair in the sink so I didn't cook...

The overall feeling is good, the gym is a little small

The location is within walking distance to the University of Pennsylvania and Drexel University. Other useful walkable places include a coffee shop, grocery store (ACME), CVS, cinema and multiple restaurants.

I liked the fact that I could walk to different places. The accommodations for our room were a problem. We spoke with the front desk because there were not any linens for the pull-out couch. Then, we were shocked in the morning to find out that there was not a hair dryer or enough towels when were on a time schedule to leave. I would expect that when you reserve a room for three, there would be more than one set of towels. Also, the valet seemed a little overwhelmed in the morning by himself.

Overall, okay but the common area was cold and not well ventilated. Slept on the sofa couch and was cold. Staff had no additional linen at the time, initial check-in female staff member was uninterested and rude. Was told there was free parking, yeah, on the street.

Didn’t like the attitude and nonchalant greeting of the parking valet which you encountered just going into the building. Didn’t know he was only for parking and not checking in. Had to check in upstairs and then back downstairs to get belongings from car, then back upstairs to a room. When you call the hotel for anything, they take forever to answer IF they answer!

It looks as though they are in the process of updating and remodeling. The room I had was a suite and the layout was very weird. The bathroom and closet was in the main bedroom in the back but the pullout couch n table and two sitting areas are in the front of the room. So the guest we had sleeping in the front had to come through our bedroom to use the bathroom and tk a shower. So much for privacy for either spaces! Pool was very clean and hot tub too! Decor was very modest but nice. Will stay again but will try a different room. I stayed in 712.

Nice property, but really bad management, not enough people working. The swimming pool and the hot tub were closed even though I called to make sure those I open before I reserved my stay. Kids were disappointed.

This hotel is located in a safe quiet area, adjacent to the University of Pennsylvania. I like the trend I'm seeing in hotels where you cannot access any of the floors except the lobby, and swipe a valid room key for your floor in the elevator. They also have a security person on the bottom floor. The property is beautiful, has a pool and exercise room. The breakfast buffet had everything you could ever want and was delicious. Front desk contacted me several times to make sure we had what we needed. Only issue we had was the sofa bed got stuck late at night and I didn't want to bug anyone.
