The hotel is at an excellent location, within steps away from 13th Street Station. From their back gate, you can easily walk to the famous Reading Terminal Market. Room is of decent size.

The location is great and the room is nice. However, there is a vent in the room and it is very noisy!

Disappointing hotel, arrived very late on the first day, a gentleman at the front desk of the hotel gave an unfriendly feeling, we had prepaid for one room, but said we booked two rooms and asked us to call China Confirmed with Ctrip, we think this is a small problem that the front desk can solve immediately, a bit deliberately making things difficult. Then give me a room where the toilet door can't close, we can have a 14 year old kid. Although the room problem was solved by the hotel manager, the unfriendly gentleman at the front desk left a bad impression on us. Will not return to this hotel again.

The location is very convenient

Very very nice ! Thank you front desk and bar staff. The valet service was subpar at best. Car was parked on the street overnight and wasn't pulled up. To top it off certain articles in the car were moved for no reason.

Good location; friendly helpful staff and nice clean room. Shower was particularly nice. The hotel lobby has very nice and interesting decor.

Absolutely love this hotel. Staff is already friendly and attentive. Had to make an airport run shortly after I checked in and they kept my car right up front for me which was amazing since it was rainy and cold. Only conplaint was no one communicated to me at any point there was a half marathon today and they streets would all be closed in the morning. A heads up at check in would have been appreciated incase I wanted to park me car outside if the area to leave in the morning.
