Great location to visit the hot spots. Friendly and nice service.

The room was clean and the front desk representatives were friendly and gave really good suggestions of where to visit. The hotel is located within walking distance of most of the tourist attractions and transportation was accessible. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

I was very disappointed I have booked my birthday stay a week before my birthday soon as I got there to check in the problem started when I checked in there was a security deposit of $175 I gave them my card he told me there was a bank error and for me to do it over again when I did it over again my card was declined by my bank to find out what was going oncome to find out that the hotel already took a security deposit out of my account the manager wouldn't let me do it again because he just thought that something was wrong with my card or my bank institution so here I already paid $ 314 for my room that I cannot get into because of 175 security which I have put on my debit card I have proof the amount was taken for my account but it did not matter because it did not show up on their system I had my brother to talk to the manager because it was my birthday and I was having a hard time getting in my room after he talked to the manager the manager walked away within 15 minutes the manager came back upgraded my room to a king size room and when I asked him well I'll be getting a City View and he told me that all the rooms are City View but yet I pay for a queen bed with a City View I end up with a king size bed and the view was of people in the apartments I was on the 7th floor and to get a good City View I would have to be on a higher floor to see a City View but due to the fact that he told me that all the rooms were City View then why was I charged for a City View room yes my birthday was ruined cuz I was upset because of the treatment that I received from this hotel and since it was my birthday I tried to make the best out of it but the treatment of this hotel there was no one around to ask for help on things that I needed

This chic hotel was clean and the room was small but well designed with a comfortable bed. I am happy I had read other reviews about the noise and brought ear plugs- at times, it sounded like I was inside an old washing machine. Also, be prepared to haul your own luggage up the many steps of the majestic entrance to the lobby if the person at the valet desk does not let you in on the ground floor. Front desk staff was efficient but not friendly.

I loved the view from my 12th floor window and the fact that I had great windows. The room was spacious and comfortable with a great bath. Super-convenient to the Convention Center The only thing that was a bit odd is that the Valet parking service was staffed with someone who could not bring me my car as he did not drive stick. Really?

Our stay at Aloft while very short, was fantastic. From the check in, friendly staff and super clean room, everything was awesome....
