The Wyndham Grand hotel exceeded our expectations! We stayed 10 days. The rooms were spotless, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. We loved the separate swimming pools for adults and children, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. The private beach was pristine and well-maintained, with plenty of activities to keep us entertained. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located near must-visit attractions like Grandworld, VinWonders and Vinpearl Safari. A perfect getaway spot—I highly recommend it!

I booked for 2nights, but decided to stay 2 more days, because it’s really wonderful hotel. I enjoyed everything here: clean hotel, room, friendly stuff, swimming pool, breakfast. We everyday took free bus from hotel and went to Grand World. Strongly recommend to families spend your precious time in this hotel

Wyndham Grand is totally amazing! People are very friendly, English is good and breakfast is excellent! Its location is very convenient to all the tourist attractions with free shuttle services! I had a wonderful time and will visit again soon! Highly recommended 👍👍

Nice service, staffs at the front desk are very helpful. Nice environment, can reach the beach in few minutes. The villa is clean and tidy.

It was our first time travelling to PQC Island and we had total 4 families. 4 Adults and 4 kids and we booked 3 bedrooms villa which had 2 king size beds and 2 twins beds with private pool. The villa was very beautiful especially the unique interior design with private pool . It was pretty clean until we saw a big bugs dying on the floor. We were fine about it which it didnt bother us much. And we still loved it. We paid around HK4000 per night for 2 nights which had included 8 breakfast buffet style. The hotel provided free shuttle bus to pick us up from the airport. But one thing I couldnt understand was the water bottle provided in the villa. The hotel only gave us 6 free bottles everyday. If you request extra water, they had to charge you with unreasonable price. We had 8 ppl in the villa but they only gave u 6. I have stayed at other countries hotel with free water bottles refill but Wyndham needs to charge me for that which I really cant understand as water in Vietnam is so cheap. I was so shocked when I heard about it and I complained it to the front desk. At the end, they did give me 4 more bottles of water without charging me. One more thing I didnt like the most was the breakfast. Although they had many varieties, the quality of food was pretty bad and it didnt look good at all. It really turned down my appetite. The only food I can really eat was the hard boil eggs without eating the egg yolk and the black olives. For the prices I had paid, i think the hotel really needed to improve the food quality as it did look disgusting to me.

good hotel with airport transfers. Good for families. They have free bus to and from Safari and VinWonders. But it is always very full.

The entire hotel is extremely spacious, luxurious and sophisticated in design. It's clean and the customer service is great. The room is spacious compared to the price. The cafe bar in the lobby is reasonably priced and delicious. You can easily go to amusement parks and safaris using the hotel's free bus. You are sure to have a comfortable stay.

Im very enjoy there. Very confort very nice

Room was really big and nice. Huge bathroom. Had a few problems with room but all were resolved. Staff at reception were very helpful. Housekeeping was a bit slack and hadn't completed tasks all days. They also threw out a reuseable water bottle I left on the desk (all other recylecable bottles had been placed in the bin) which was strange. Make sure you don't leave anything out that you don't want thrown out. The pool was closed for renovation but had access to pool at Radisson which was fine. Beach also very nice but the Sunset bar closes at sunset! The breakfast buffet was not very good for the price you pay. If breakfast is included in your room cost it is probably find to find enough food but I would not recommend paying extra. The other dining options in the hotel are limited but there are other places and GrandWorld nearby to eat.
