The location spot is overcrowded. The hotel is full with busloaders, cheap organized groups. Personal is trying to do their’s best except of reception girls: they are straight forward and not too polite. On my checkout, I had no time because of long drive to the airport, but they forced me to wait 10 minutes until someone will check my room - in case i snaffled something. ;-))

Our stay was unpleasant, and we will not be returning to this hotel.
The a**osphere is not cozy, and the room lacks comfort. The furniture is outdated, and the overall ambiance gives the impression of neglect. There is no decor to speak of. The room has a wooden bench instead of a comfortable chair with pictures.
Dirt is noticeable from the first steps, with the floor and furniture covered in dust. Visible signs of a lack of regular cleaning are present in the corners. The presence of dust and dirt not only creates an unpleasant visual perception but also raises concerns regarding sanitary conditions.
The room is in need of repair. The bathroom has leaking faucets, and the walls are stained and scratched. The furniture and equipment appear outdated, giving an impression of neglect and sloppiness.

Good value for money, deluxe room very basic and family room much better. Depends what you want from your room. Staff friendly and helpful. Would stay again

Some towels are a bit dirty. The pools are clean and nice. The food is also good and delicious. Close walking to the beach. Service sometimes a bit slow, but always very friendly.

I stayed for 1 night for 50 dollars
Very good location for this price nice service and cleanliness is good
My only complaint is the bathroom drain is broken.
Taking a shower in dirty water is depressing

Only hkd 213 per night with a 3 beds room as photo. The room is big, clean bathroom, hot water supply, good mattress and 5 mins walk to the beach. Also, there are 3 swimming pools and a little water slide in one of them, great to the kids.

The swimming pool is good. The location is fine.
The cleaning ladies were coming quiet rarely to us. They didn’t clean for 3 days from 7 of our staying . The administrations just said that there were not enough workers to clean. No compensation, nothing.
Otherwise the hotel is good.

The hotel is in an excellent location, super helpful staff, great facilities except that there is no gym. We traveled with two little children and they loved the kids swimming pool. The deluxe family room had ample space two single beds for our kids and a king bed for us separated by a wooden partition. Large space and house keeping was great.
