I love this place! The staff are very accommodating and are very friendly and helpful. They have arranged and serve our breakfast earlier than their regular schedule to accomodate us as our flight is early and their breakfast starts at 8:30am, so we really appreciate it. The view and ambience is very homey. They have a private beach and we spent most of our time chilling at their beach bar. Very nice place! Perfect for those who love to stay away from the hustle and bustle and for those who prefer a slow and peaceful stay. I love their support for sustainability. Rooms are super spacious and clean. I love our room’s sunbed area as it has a spectacular view of the beach. Would love to come back.

The staff are very friendly and try to help where possible. The view from restaurant from the pool are very nice, especially at night. The dish pad thai is delicious. The location is on a hill, a bit away from any city or nightlife.. u can walk down in 5-10 mins to a major road where there r some shops.. for me lovation was good as only stayed 2 days and wanted to be close to ethical elephant sanctuary and marina for tour to James Bond island and airport (40 mins with traffic) The room (i had a mountain facing one) is very outdated and feels very basic. Not worth the money compared to other places ard the same price.

The accommodation is close to many tourist spots, including important temples on the opposite side. Comfortable, although the place is a bit old and stuffy. The owner is interested in communicating and explaining and preparing appliances to make it feel like home. The owner was kind enough to check. It's a little late because my family took me to my birthday for most of the day.

The villa was built in 2020. It is located on the hill of Kata, close to Kata Beach, and surrounded by trees. The villa has two sea view suites and one mountain view suite. Each room has a private bathroom. There are four bathrooms in total, one of which is next to the swimming pool, and a private pool. It has high-speed private WIFI. Across the street from the villa is a restaurant and a yoga studio. The location is quiet, and you can see the scenery from the balcony. There is a family of squirrels living in the nearby trees. There is a shuttle bus opposite the villa that can be used for a fee. You can use it back and forth.....

Excellent location, close to the sea and all the benefits of civilization, a bonus is access to another hotel of this chain, where there is an excellent rooftop with a pool and a beautiful view. Rest in this place family has not been the first time. The condominium is clean, neat. Best about everything in order. The location is good - on a high hill. Because of this view the sea is excellent. However, for people who are not physically trained it will be a little difficult to climb the roller-walk, but for young and sports-no problems, even gambling: you can train. When you get in the car, there are no problems. Parking is 24-hour, security is always ready to help park and lift things to the floor. Office (lobby) at the entrance to the parking. On the first floor there are two large pools. One with small water for children, the second deep, suitable for training. The apartment is large and bright. Two bedrooms, from each entrance to its own sauna. The kitchen is bright and spacious, with a beautiful view of the sea. The kitchen has everything necessary to cook, including a shaker, toaster, a coffee machine (capsule), a oven, a full set of dishes. In pedestrian access all the larks with fruits, shops, next to the same Macro (which is very pleased). We will come with pleasure not once more.

PPikachuuuuuuThe hotel has nice pool and spa facilities. It welcomes family too, so it has children in the pool. We arrived in the hotel in the evening. Some negative things happened The room has water leaking issue from the fridge, The bed is made of veneer wood, so the broken corner is extremely sharp. I got cut in the room in the first 15 mins after entered the room, my foot was bleeding a lot. I called the hotel for the issue, they sent a first aid staff, and other staff to help. They changed another room for me, and also compensated me some hotel credit and 2 massages. The hotel has nice breakfast daily, the roof top bar is gorgeous to go. Room view is stunning. But the details are not taken care, such as bathroom has mold in the edge, and some humid insects moth, and the toilet seat has no slow down closing function. The balcony door would make noise if it is a windy night, when the wind snap the glass door, it will create quite noisy sound at night. In our room, the drain somehow was stuck, and shower water came out, since the first night, but we after complain they have fixed the issue. Also the room and bathroom lighting is too romantic(dark). i think if they could be much more bright would be better. Restaurant staffs, front desk staffs are very nice.

The staff were friendly, helpful and cheerful. They made us feel v welcomed. We loved the room, the pool, the seaview (right in front of the pool) and it also caters to Muslims as halal food was served during breakfast. It was nice that we managed to capture the sunset. However , the only drawback is its distance away from the town but they have a free shuttle to and fro so not to worry. Overall, we loved it and highly recommended to stay at the resort!

FFroyWhen I checked in, the hotel said they have not received the payment for my stay and wanted me to pay again (I already paid full amount on Trip.com), the staff weren't helpful at all and said I need to talk to Trip.com instead, even though I showed my receipt and my receipt from my bank. The staff that was checking me in was not taking accountability at all. I was very happy to be helped by Trip.com by Clarissa who called and spoke to the hotel on my behalf, and once that's done, I got the refund from the hotel. They should do better but thanks Trip.com for their customer service. I have not yet receive the refund from my bank even when the hotel said they would...so we will see.
