Newly open hotel with good of cleanliness and pleasant experience. The only week point is the noise from the neighbourhood although they provide earplugs.

Very clean new hotel with friendly and helpful reception staff. Good location. Free tea and coffee available on the first floor 24 hours.

There is nothing much to say about the room. It is the same as the pictures. It is just too inconvenient to live in. There is nothing at the door. It is very difficult to eat or drink. And you can only take a taxi to the town. The round trip taxi is more than 100 RMB. It is very inconvenient. And the town is not fun.

It was just one night in town, so I thought it was okay. There is no elevator in the hotel. The room is actually quite clean, but there are ants and there is no kettle. However, hot water is provided in the public area on the second floor, and the refrigerator is shared. There are several "colorful shops" around the hotel, and you need to take a taxi to go to Phuket Old Street.

I stayed 5 nights in January 2024. The family running the hotel is nice, and I chose it due to the high ratings, but got very disappointed. It’s very noisy both from traffic and nightclubs outside and from rooms, stairway and lobby inside with big groups of noisy guests arriving after midnight. I didn’t sleep much even using the kindly provided earplugs. They require a deposit from all guests but “forgot” to give mine back so I had to return on the way to the airport and had to pay 300 baht extra to the driver. I can unfortunately not recommend

Really good value for money. Area is a bit far from local attractions so a decent walk is in order to get back and forth. But was not a big issue for me.
