Price is cheap. Don't expect much service. If you are okay with just getting a room to sleep this hotel is fine. Location is convenient to roam around.

This is a weird hotel. It’s nothing like what’s on the picture. There are cockroaches in the room, furniture is old and the cleanliness is questionable. It’s really not worth it even for the cheap price.

Good for short stay. Easily accessible to beach and walking street.

We rented a deluxe room in this hotel on our own, the expectations from the reviews were good, BUT then reality made its own significant adjus**ents: Minuses: -aluminum double-glazed windows, which do not protect in any way from road noise (hum around the clock). I didn't really sleep all four nights. Through the earplugs I heard a terrible roar from the road. We prayed that this stay at this hotel would end quickly; -The staff seem to smile and pretend that they are solving your questions. Actually this is not true. There is no interest in solving the problem: they tell you to come in two hours, then you come, and they again tell you to come after lunch, and so on endlessly. They are sending you nicely. I told the girl that if you don’t solve my problem, I will write a bad review, and she smiled sweetly and continued to solve her problems on the phone. Ignore completely; -cleanliness is just trash. Removed superficially. They don't clean the balcony at all. No coffee, tea. The mugs were old and chipped, the bathtub stopper was covered in black sludge and had tangled hair - and this is in the deluxe? The room is smoky; -air conditioning is something supernatural. It just worked very strangely, if one switch was turned off, the air conditioner would start working, but if the light on a certain switch was turned on, the air conditioner would not work. It took us a while to solve this Mega quest; - the room smelled of burnt wiring and smoke; -a coughed-up elevator with torn linoleum; -the sink is clogged and when you turn on the water, the water rises and all the dirt also rises along with the water; -the cherry on the cake is parties on the roof itself - and there is literally no sound insulation at all - it’s impossible to sleep; - breakfasts are something)))) for the first time in Thailand I saw how eggs were fried and served that way. Do you cook for pigs or for people? I have never seen such a presentation of eggs in Thailand. The market cooks better. Not always everything from food is available: empty pots (maybe they don’t have time), clean dishes may also not be available, but if they are washed, then they put a basin with forks, and then you need to take everything into your own hands, look for the right dining room item; - it was stated that there was a safe in the room, but there was none; - three hangers; - the refrigerator did not freeze; - there is no car parking, you will not be able to park your car at all. Pros: -clean bed linen; - location, developed infrastructure. That's where all the positives ended. I do not advise anyone to spoil their vacation and check into this hotel, and if you still decide to check in, then choose regular rooms, but not deluxe ones, since the windows with aluminum profiles will face a very noisy and busy road - and this will be 24/7 - it’s like sleeping on the street.

I wish it had been a little cleaner ㅜㅜ The bed The floor, bathroom walls, etc. were all very dirty. The location is about 20 minutes from Patong Beach. I have to walk, but it's hard when it's too hot ㅜㅜ

It took about 15 minutes to walk to Baton Beach, but it didn't feel that far because you could go almost straight. However, the street in front of me is a two-lane road, so it takes some getting used to crossing. The building I stayed in was on the opposite side of the front desk, and although the facilities were old, the room was clean. Also, it was quiet because it was back from the street. Although it is small, there is a balcony, which is convenient for drying dried fish. The pool on the roof of the building where the reception was located had a nice view. Since the hotel charges are cheap, I don't have any problems. However, the staff at the front desk seemed a little cold to people who were not good at listening to English.

It was nice to have a bathtub, but the room was too small and the balcony view faced another accommodation, which was inconvenient.

The room is small, but it has a balcony and is good value for money. (30$) There is a small swimming pool. Even though breakfast was served early, there was no food so I only drank coffee and juice. I asked for some bread and they said it was sold out!! They said they were sorry. :( The location was convenient as it was close to the city center.

Overall considered ok.
