In a word “RUN”! As fast as you can. This place has Zero customer service. I had to wait 3 hours to check in, even though their checking time states 2pm, we could only check in by 5pm on the day. Their food is horrible! I swear, I could throw a hole in the ground with the chicken wings they served me! What’s worse is that you will not get a refund for this place if you checkout early, and trip.com customer service can do nothing, even if you’re a diamond tier member. Avoid this place at all costs! Save yourself the trouble and the drama.
Note: the rooms are not as advertised on trip.com. The space has amazing potential, but never have I ever encountered such rude people in the service industry.
