Hotel location is very convenient, its 3 minutes walks from hotel to kata beach. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They prepare anniversary amenities for us and birthday cake for me! Its a happy anniversary trip and birthday trip! And the pool is beautiful and clean! Rooms are spacious and tidy!

Booked one of the executive room, very good service. Free fruit platter, a nice chocolate cake and sparkling wine. service is top-notch! Our bedroom has free high tea set daily. Bedroom is comfortable, big and nice. There’s a bath tub. Room is accessible to pool (unfortunately this period the hotel is very crowded, a lot of people.) not much privacy to be honest. But location is accessible to the beach at walking distance. Surrounded by lotsa food, cafe, 7-11, and night market. All good!

Super comfortable hotel and very helpful staff! I had troubles with withdrawal money so they helped me with that! Big and spatious room , very comfortable bed! Pillows are not comfortable! It’s the only downside in the hotel! Located by the road you need to walk to the beach around 10-25 min! Great swimming pool! I don’t have a pic of the room but it’s exactly as it’s in the pic very very new and well maintained!

Best place to start the honeymoon trip. Nice location. Not too loud. Not too far. Very clean rooms and good working A/C. Also spacious balcony as well. 10/10 recommend it to any couple. Also, the pool is very relaxing.

Although the whole English service is really good, the room is great, the pool is great, breakfast can be full, quiet, harmonious, not noisy, little sister Eye is very beautiful, too many amiable, and there are great ice cream and chefs. I just thought I didn't tip Mr. Chef 40 yuan when I got to the airport. I really forgot. What should I do? How can I get in touch with Miss Eye and pay for it? It's urgent.

The hotel was peaceful and quiet, especially given the location. A short walk to the beach and restaurants. The staff were very helpful.

Great stay and excellent ataff

Chanalai Romantica is a great medium size hotel in Kata. Close to Kata and Kata Noi beach. Loved the staff and food here.

Very friendly hotel, staffs are extremely nice. They even surprised me with a birthday setting & also a sudden visit with a birthday cake & a bottle of mini champagne.

This is a great little resort. Very new and in a great location one block from Kata Beach. The staff is friendly and efficient and the rooms are large and clean. The pool is convenient and they have a bar with food service until 10pm. For the money you can not beat this place!
