The Naka Island, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Phuket

Environment ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent, without a doubt. It requires a speedboat to reach the island, so there are fewer people, and the natural scenery is beautiful and very peaceful. The designs are all stunning and sophisticated. (However, be prepared that everything is inconvenient. If you like to be isolated from the world, this is the place for you.) Service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ You'll have a dedicated butler who is enthusiastic and patient in answering any questions you may have. All the staff members I encountered were very professional. Incident: Dining at the restaurant in the evening was expensive, which I can understand. However, what I don't understand is this: around 9 AM, I called to have breakfast delivered to my room. They agreed and asked what I wanted. I said two coffees, two eggs, a fruit platter, and two sandwiches. A little while later, a staff member brought it in, and the service was excellent, but then they pulled out a POS machine, and I felt something was wrong. They charged me 3000 baht, which I truly don't understand. (I booked a room that included breakfast for two.) This was the most expensive breakfast I've ever had in my life...

The experience was great! There's a dedicated speedboat that takes you to the island. We booked a sea view room, which was beautiful, and the service was excellent. The restaurants were all delicious too. We had a wonderful time with my family.

Phuket's top choice! I picked this place because I didn't want to deal with the hassle and sun exposure of island hopping, and it was absolutely amazing. The room layouts are very well-planned, and the overall resort vibe is fantastic! When checking in, there's a separate reception area where they go through all the hotel details with you in a very attentive, almost 'kneeling' manner. We stayed at The Surin before this, and this place is even better! The service is also exceptional! It's truly a great spot to just relax and unwind. Wow, I'll definitely be back!

The hotel's rooms, breakfast, and service were all excellent. The three restaurants were delicious, especially the Mediterranean restaurant which made fantastic pasta. The hotel's specialty cocktails were also very unique. What impressed me most this time was our personal butler, Ploi, who was warm, attentive, and incredibly thoughtful, truly making our experience special!

Absolutely amazing! You really need to come on a sunny day, it makes a huge difference to the experience. Four days of sunshine here was just beautiful. The service was excellent too; they knew it was our anniversary, so the restaurant sent us a dessert and a handwritten note. The only downside was a lot of mosquitoes outdoors – I got bitten 21 times! 😅 But this was still the best island experience I've had in Phuket.

I booked a one-bedroom villa, and after visiting and comparing several units, I truly believe Villa #68 is the absolute best among the one-bedroom options! The layout and size are optimal! The villa boasts a generous 550 sqm, offering huge space and a comfortable layout. It comes with a private pool that directly connects to the beach, making both privacy and the views impeccable. The amenities are also comprehensive: a sauna, indoor and outdoor dual showers, and an outdoor bathtub, instantly delivering a complete resort feel and comfort. The hotel itself has a very natural, ecological island vibe. We saw lizards several times on the villa rooftop and by the pool. At first, it was a bit scary, but they are actually very docile and completely non-aggressive – a rather unique wilderness experience. Breakfast was just okay, nothing special. The service was excellent throughout; all staff members were enthusiastic, friendly, meticulous, and attentive. A special shout-out to Liam, who provided dedicated service from start to finish, always responsive, patiently helping us arrange all our needs with professionalism and warmth! However, there are a few objective points that deduct from the overall score: Firstly, the hotel's landscaping and gardening are rather ordinary compared to other resorts in the same category. Most of the public areas are sandy, with sparse and poorly maintained plants, making them generally not photo-worthy. Secondly, the in-room facilities are a bit dated, especially the bathroom. The quality of the fixtures and sanitary ware like the toilet and showerhead feels quite common, which doesn't quite match the Luxury Collection brand positioning. Getting to the island involves a bit of a journey, from the airport to the pier and then a speedboat transfer, but it feels worth it upon arrival. If you're looking for an extra-large private villa, private pool, direct beach access, and excellent service, this place is still highly recommended. However, if you are sensitive to the public area landscaping and the newness of indoor hardware, you might want to do a bit more research.

Pretty good, except for the water. It could almost be a mini Maldives.
