Had a really nice stay at the hotel. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was well kept, clean with a nice modern design. It has all the standard amenities plus the room and bathroom is really large so that adds to the comfort. The balcony comes with stools and a mini table. The bed was surprisingly comfy and better than most hotels I've stayed at. The only drawback of the room is the air conditioning which I think is too cold and can't be adjusted, but that's not so bad in the hot climate. The location is top notch and within walking distance to the beach and nearby bars, restaurants and shopping mall. There will be a lot of night music and traffic noises nearby so I chose a room facing the pool / garden side and that already cancels out 95% of the noise. I especially enjoyed the rooftop pool and the buffet breakfast.

Location is great! Just ten mins to Jungceylon shopping centre and Central Shopping centre. It’s also a 5 mins walk to the beach area. The breakfast buffet serves great variety of western and local street food cart as well as 1 choice of eggs your way. We got the pool view room and it was big. Night music generally stops around 11pm and it was so quiet throughout the night. The staff are all very friendly and helpful especially Alan and Joker who checked us in. Overall great stay and majority is due to the staff!! Well done and keep it up!

Many of the staff Can’t speak English. There isn’t a spa and when I asked for a late check out it was an automatic no.

The nicest hotel in Patong. Location is amazing, hotel is very clean and modern. I’d recommend staying in pool access room as it’s nice and peaceful during both day and night.

The location is great if you want to be in Patong. It is a five mins walk to the beach, so not as great as other hotels which are right on the beach. The hotel and rooms are really well done and clean. The breakfast is pretty good with a large selection of Western and Asian food.

Very good hotel with nice infinity pool on the top. Staff very helpful and kind. Breakfast quite good. Rooms clean and quiet (garden view). You need to walk ten minutes to reach main streets.

This is our favourite hotel 🤩 however when we stayed here, there’s a brownout and the hotel has no generator 😅 the staff in the lobby before check in is just okay, because he didn’t tell us what floor the gym and the pool. we stay in the city view but it’s too noisy🫨. Our room also is so far in the elevator 😬 but breakfast is our favourite part 🤤 we like the vibe of the room 💯 overall we recommend this hotel but make sure do not choose the city view. TV connection is perfect, we can watch movies good quality.

A very nice hotel in a great spot in patong. We were traveling as a family of 4 with two young children. Our room was located on the road side which was incredibly noisy with the sound of motorbikes. Asked to change to a quieter room and needed to pay more to move across the corridor to the pool side view rooms. Worth it for the better sleep. Breakfast was fantastic and the rooftop pool was really nice. All staff were super friendly and helpful. Walking distance to the beach and easy to get a taxi to other places in Phuket. It’s a shame the rooftop pool closes at 9pm and no other evening entertainment in the hotel unfortunately but plenty outside on the doorstep. A really good hotel.

Great hotel, excellent service and friendly staff. Located 5 minutes walk from the beach and Patong Beach. The rooms are cozy, stylish and very comfortable.

Excellent! Spent the last few days of my trip here and was pleasantly surprised with how beautiful and modern the hotel was. The rooms were absolutely amazing! Great foods and snacks in the mini bar and Nescafé espresso machine and pods for morning coffees that they restock whenever you like. The food at the Pots and pans restaurant is top tier! Won’t regret your stay!
