Everything was perfect. It was my favorite memory of my trip to Phuket, and I'm really glad I stayed here. The atmosphere of the entire facility, the atmosphere of the rooms, and everything in there were wonderful. Although I don't speak much English, I was able to spend my time there without feeling any inconvenience due to the courteous customer service. Every time I walked around the facility, a staff member asked me where I wanted to go and if I wanted to ride a buggy, and they helped me out. The rice was also very delicious and looked stylish. I would definitely stay there again. I really recommend it.

Everything is very nice, the rooms are super comfortable.

I finally stayed at the Forest Tree House Hotel in Shinhwa Class. It was also my favorite hotel in the entire trip. If you don’t want to go out, you can have meals delivered to your room. The service is also super good.

This was the nicest place that I’ve ever stayed. My accommodations were perfect and the staff was incredible. My Butler, Tony, was able to arrange all my activities (Phi Phi Le, scuba diving, etc), dinner reservations and transportation when needed. A true professional. I loved the fact that the resort also had scheduled transportation to/from Kamala Beach where there were beach chairs, umbrellas and lots of food vendors. Other reviews mention, mosquitos, but you are on a hillside, in the jungle, so they should be expected here and everywhere else in Phuket. I’m highly recommending, Keemala.

Excellent service and friendly staffs, the room is superb and they offer phototaking session arounf the resort. Overall pleasant stay and highly recommend!

No comments for this hotel. One of the best hotels of all the hotels I've stayed in around the world. This is on the list of hotels I will return to. Fabulous! Grade 10!!

It was my honeymoon stay and I can confidently say that it was one of a lifetime experiences at this magnificent resort. I booked the bird nest option and it has exceeded our expectations. The staff were extremely friendly and professional! They helped us in every detail and escorted us to wherever we wanted to go. The entire resort is beautiful for photography and videography. I totally recommend it for anyone coming to Phuket.

The staff and service is just amazing. Very helpful and attentive but not in the way. The rooms are much more spacious than the photos indicate. The food was excellent and the pools wonderful. We’ll be back!
