David's residence is well located, right across the street from HKT, Pick up and drop off services are included in the price of the room. The reception staff are polite, efficient and speak English well. There's also a restaurant in front of the entrance, they serve early breakfast, lunch ,dinner and they have a good ☕ coffee machine," real coffee'" 😀 ( Not Nescafe)🙏🏽. The staff is also really friendly 😉. Been there many times over the years, NEVER was disappointed.

Nice hotel for a stay before or after a flight. It’s right across from the airport and they offer to pick you up or drop you off at the hotel. The room is clean and spacious. I had a pleasant say

Overall good experience with the checkin and food. Allowd 3 am airport pickup and checkin 👍 Rooms are a little old, but managable.

What FANTASTIC service from the staff from the point of contact to the last!!! The room was large, clean and had a comfortable bed. Everything was calm and convenient after a long flight.

The reception woman with a short hair was so friendly and speaks english so fluently which makes it easy to communicate. She picked up us from airport and drop off at bus station. Adviced us how to reach our next destination. Location of the hotel is great wich has a 7 eleven right in the next road. And budget friendly vlean good restaurants

The madam of the front table is one of the most kind person I met in Phuket. I had a serious car accident during staying in the hotel and she privided me a lot care and help. Also the hotel is very clean and has free shuttle bus to the airport. 这个酒店的前台的女士是我在普吉岛遇到的最好的人之一，我在入住期间过马路遭遇严重车祸，她帮我垫付医药费，还给了我很多关心和照顾，我多转给她的钱原本想表示感谢，她也一定要找还给我。真的感恩。 另外酒店本身也很干净，有免费的机场接送服务，非常适合短驳。

David Residence was a pleasant surprise! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location near the airport made our arrival and departure a breeze. The room was spacious and clean, offering a comfortable stay overall. Highly recommended for convenient travel needs.

Nice and clean cosy hotel with small balcony but windy for smoker can relax - looking at plane landing and taking off Bed are comfy - pillow a bit softy side Very near airport - 10-15mins walk , have small cafe for drinks and food in hotel They provide airport transportation, also provide car rental services, There a 7-11 nearby , 200m money changer 200m , small cafe for food , have bicycles in hotel for you to roam aroundd for free, but take note to bring own toothbrush and instant coffees, , no kettle , need to go to lift lobby for hot water , overall good for short stay transfer

Big and Comfortable room, strategic position close by the airport, that means also be prepared for some noises

Very close to airport, they will pick you up from airport. Call or text through Whatsapp. Service lady was very polite and caring. Good place if you have late flight in or early flight to.

The hotel was super convenient to airport literally a 5 minute easy walk I walked to the airport at 5am when the person didn’t show up to drive me .Even at 70 years old with luggage it was no problem. Everything else was good

Pros: 1) Located just right opposite with local eateries and 7-11 (4mins on foot) nearby the hotel 2) very friendly staff 3) floors are clean and dusty free Cons 1) Noise from the plane taking off and landing 2) The bedsheet is clean,but the bed itself might need a deep cleaning, feeling itchy after sleeping for one night. 3) The toilet is clean but smells bad.

Just short stay b4 I go to Patong in evening flight. But the service was fine as a transit hotel. They offer transportation to airport even just 500 meters. Tips is appreciation to staff for luggage handling
