The best hotel in Phuket’ quiet area

Very silent area. Nice to chill in here. Private pool was nice to have, but there was eye pool which was really cool pool. Blue Mango and Kitchen Table restaurant were bit expensive

We booked the studio with private pool and sea view. We were quite surprised and disappointed that the pool is not actually connected to your room. It is a private pool and not a far walk, but it is not connected and not so private. You can look over into the neighbours pool or room from the balcony. Also, we had no hot water the first day and had to wait until after 11 for the water to be repaired because the person who could fix it wasn’t in until after 10. The hotel itself is okay, facilities were fine (in the self catering there is nothing, so if you plan on using it you’ll need to get everything (salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc…)). The hotel is quite far from pretty much anything so unless you have a car or motorbike you’ll need to take a taxi or shuttle each way (anywhere from 250 to 400 baht each way). There is a shuttle offered, but it is 75 per person, 3 times a day. Overall it isn’t a bad place and it is away from everything if that’s what you’re looking for, but it is definitely not walking distance to restaurants, bars or other things. Merlin beach is close which is nice and a 5 minute walk. I would probably not book again as there were so many issues in the beginning (hot water, pool is not connected, far from town and gets expensive going back and forth).

Had the pool access room and it was amazing. Also food at the restaurants was decent.

We got the studio with Private Pool. If I did it again, I wouldn't get the pool option. The pool is poorly maintained. The property is generally very clean. It is away from the main town though, so you will need to rent a car or take a taxi to go into town, it's about 4km away down a very steep hill. The taxi cost runs about 200 thb each way if you use Bolt.

Sharing a lobby with Absolute Twin Sands, but only one person at front desk for Let’s Phuket. The location is bit far from everything, and the shuttle bus to Patong is only free for Absolute guests. Food in the restaurant is quite pricey.

Everything was good except there’s no one come to clean up and they don’t put any bathroom kits in the room.

The Marriott next door couldn't accommodate us, so we temporarily added a room here. The price is about 748, which is pretty good! If you want to make a reservation, don’t swipe frequently. Ctrip doesn’t know how to use big data on some platforms. Ctrip is good!

The first time to comment on the hotel: Check in at the front desk, the service attitude is very poor, and I am impatient. The room was very damp and had a musty smell. The sheets were moldy and not replaced. There is no shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom. I don't know how long no one has stayed. Very bad experience.

The environment is good, the stay is very comfortable, and it is not expensive. I will come again next time.

Great value for money!

There is a public infinity pool in the hotel. The room I booked with direct access to the pool is very cost-effective. Few people live in the feeling of having a private pool, but! The sanitation of the room is worrying! On the afternoon of the first day when I checked in, I found the toilet was dirty. On the second day, there was no waiter to clean it. On the third day, I came to clean it. I just made the bed and collected the garbage. The table was not cleaned, the towels were not replaced, and the toilet was still dirty. Dirty, the tip is taken away🤦‍♀️
