It’s good hotel, stuff very friendly and we enjoyed swimming at top

Wow what can I say about this place but it’s the worst hotel I’ve stayed in in Asia ever. The rooms were dirty and old and unkempt. The bathrooms just vile and no hot water at any time - dripping taps and strange noises from the drains when they put us in our first room then they changed us to another room with air conditioning that had been hacked into the wall. What looked like paint was dripping from the balcony and the aircon leaked on your head when you when out to the balcony. The staff were kind enough but this is not a place for a romantic getaway it was dire. They did have parking and they did have a pool on the 5th floor but I’ve never seen such a mess in Thailand before. It’s close to the beach but it’s hard to find as it’s stuffed up a couple of alleys - didn’t have breakfast had a cold shower and didn’t use the pool so can’t comment on that we booked a superior room and I don’t think they know this word. These rooms were disgusting and it was so bad. The patio doors didn’t close properly so the mosquitoes enjoyed feasting on me and the missus.

The hotel is old, dirty and outdated amenities. Feeling insecure due to balcony door cannot lock.

Didn’t stay for a lot of time but the staff were lovely and helpful , Its located in Patong in a good area next to the beach which is good

Very good location and very supportive staff, the pool on the rooftop has a nice view on the beach.

Very poorly maintained hotel with best to none facilities. At the price of 80 usd/day not a single plus point. Highly disappointed when compared with other stays with same or even lower rates. Not recomneded at all.

Location is excellent and very close to the beach. About 3/4 min walk. Room size and bed size were good. Veranda was unusable and no view from room. Breakfast was below average and some foods were properly kept for days without being changed. Only 2/3 items are eatable. Room was not cleaned properly, even not cleaned one day. Bathroom was ok, bathtub was unusable. My overall impression or rating is average.
