This hotel is extremely old and looks nothing like the pictures online – they must have heavily Photoshopped them. I was assigned a room with a broken Jacuzzi, and the sheets were old and felt dirty. When I tried to get help from staff, no one came for two hours. There were ants in the room, and the service was terrible. I was so angry that I went to the front desk to check out, but they refused a refund. I honestly rate this as the worst hotel I've ever stayed at in Phuket, no contest!

The beach is nice but location a bit far from the walking and not much area for parking abit old hotel

I stayed at this resort for two nights. What distinguishes it is its beautiful sea view, clean rooms, and excellent breakfast. It also has an excellent Italian restaurant where I had dinner the night before my arrival. However, its drawback is its distance from urban areas, especially at night, making transportation to these areas difficult، it's also raining days make some deficult

We had a wonderful time at Andaman White Beach Resort. At check in, we got an upgrade to a villa with a pool. We were so happy. The beach was private and clean. We will go go back again

The hotel is nice, secluded: there’s nothing much around it, which can be a good or a bad thing. I loved the private sandy beach, now it’s high season, and yet there were maximum 10 people at a time. So it feels all for yourself. I got upgraded and stayed in a little house with private pool and exit to the beach. Thanks for that. BUT there were 3 things I didn’t like: 1. noise, I don’t know, probably air conditioning or pool cleaning machine of A NEIGHBOR HOUSE, not even mine. In my room the AC and the fridge were also loud, but I turned them off. Yet I could not turn off the neighbor’s ones. At night it was hard to sleep because of that sound. 2. the pool cleaning — mine didn’t have that. The water there is still , was not changes next day, and I am not sure if was changed before I arrived 🤷♀️ In the neighbor pool I can see the water is always floats and changes, in mine not. 3. Every time I bought something and wanted to pay with my card, I had to go to reception. Every meal, every cocktail. That was disturbing. It was my last day of my holiday and I was short on cash. I thought it wouldn’t be a problem to pay by card, I could do it. But every time I had to climb 7 staircases to do it.

Stunning natural surroundings. Uncrowded. Breakfast was decent. Quiet and peaceful.

Andaman White Beach Resort in Phuket is perfect for a peaceful getaway with friends. With a private beach, stunning views, and comfortable rooms, many featuring direct beach access or private pools, it offers a touch of luxury. The staff are friendly, and the Thai cuisine is excellent, making it an ideal spot to relax and enjoy time with friends by the sea.

Nice hotel with beautiful private beach / remote but good for everyone who wants to relax. The staffs are friendly. This is my favorite hotel, I’ll go back next time. PS. Maybe because the hotel is old but if can be more clean will be excellent. :)

I like the location and cozy villa. It’s very calm. Their restaurant has no local food and no special menu. Just easy western food. So I suggest to plan going out for dinner to other places. I wanted face towels and face towel towels holders. Their deposit accept only by cash. Please prepare for some cash.

Second time staying here, we love the isolated beach with only few people on it, we had dinner here this time and the food was very good. Only 5 min scooter ride away there is Nathorn beach with some bars and shops and massage places, very convenient. And only 15 min from the airport so it’s perfect for the last night on the island.

Peaceful and close to the sea. I really enjoyed the Tom Yum fish for breakfast.

Very beautiful place right on a tranquil beach. The staff are very helpful and friendly. There is a few nice places to visit around the hotel but you need to rent a bike if walking around isn’t your ideal way of spending your holiday. The restaurant is also very nice

I have stayed at this hotel twice before, and I don’t know what happened this time. The staff didn’t seem as helpful, almost as if were bothering them. With the exception of the restaurant (the manager in the restaurant is really excellent, always checking up and having a friendly chat with everyone) and bar staff, the other staff seemed annoyed when we asked something. For example, when we arrived we noticed we were missing face towels. I called the front desk to ask for towels. The lady said she would send towels over. After about half an hour and the towels still not arriving, I called again, and I could hear by the way she responded that she has clearly forgotten to send the towels over. Kept waiting and waiting, still nothing. Eventually when we went outside later that night, we found someone had simply left the towels on the table outside the room. Also, one day we were waiting for the staff to come clean the room. I went to the front desk to ask when they were going to clean the rooms, because nobody had been there yet and we were in need of new towels. The lady said they only start cleaning after 2pm, which I thought was strange, because shouldn’t they clean the rooms before guests start checking in at 2pm? I got back to the room, and then realized it was already 2:30pm. Eventually about 4:45 they came around to clean the room, so I assumed that’s the way they do it at this hotel. But the next morning they showed up at 9am to clean the room, just very inconsistent. Also, on our second last day at the hotel, we got a letter stuck to the door, reminding us to check out at 11 the next day because the staff has to clean the room. Where is this coming from? My third time staying at this hotel, and this is the first time I received this note. We have never checked out late before, so I really don’t get it. It’s also really nice that they have the private beach, but it’s very dirty. They try to clean it up, but they don’t throw the trash away. They simply pick it up and throw it on both sides of the beach. Me and my girlfriend saw a lady (a guest staying at the hotel, not hotel staff) picking up trash on the beach, and decided we were going to help her. I went to the bar and asked for a trash bag, and the 3 of us picked up trash on the beach as much as we could. Luckily we made a friend that way. Like I said, I’ve stayed at this hotel and this was my third time, but I really feel like the standards have dropped. Now the main things about this hotel is just the private beach and the proximity to the airport. I will think twice before booking a stay here again. I feel there are hotels for the same price and cheaper that offer better service with more helpful staff. I just really want to thank the manager (the older gentleman with the white shirt in the restaurant) again for your excellent service. You are a star.
