Me and my girlfriend are doing 3 weeks in Phuket and loved this hotel as it allowed us to get away from the touristy places and just chill out. The Hotel is out the way of anything and located up a hill. The hotel looks brand new so it must of just been renovated. The hotel staff are so polite and kind away helping us. There’s a nice little gym and pool to chill out at and Also a few nice lounges and seating areas with amazing views to chill at too. The hotel offer free transport drop off and pick up to selected locations which we made use of everyday and was amazing as it really saves you some money on taxis. Recommended for a nice few chill days!

Snoozy was exactly the place I imagined when I looked at photos online, beds are so comfy, the athmosphere is great with nice lighting and decor. Everything was super clean and welcoming. I was most happy with how accommodating they were when there was a mix up with me booking the wrong night and how flexible they were with luggage storage and checking in and out times. Stayed with friends and a young kid and it was perfect for us.

8 minutes to the best beach where you can watch planes from afar, 3 minutes to the evening market, the main road is nearby where there are many cheap local cafes, and the room had a balcony and everything you need for living

An oasis of peace in the middle of the outskirts of Rawai. Very nice large rooms / cottages, nice and clean with all amenities. A friendly and welcoming staff. Own transport such as a moped is recommended, there are some smaller shops within walking distance for your breakfast groceries. Price presentation ratio really great.

This was our first visit to Thailand and we went during the Easter holidays. The hotel is 100 yds from Surin Beach, which is stunning. The whole look of the hotel is very 'Thai / Buddhist'. It looks amazing. Not a huge hotel, but fantastic large clean rooms and 2 great pools. We had a pool access suite. No issues at all with direct entery into to the pool. Very handy to cool off. Big bedroom with a very big separate lounge where our 12 year old slept. Enormous bathroom. We popped into a few other local hotels and noticed that they were all busy but the amtmosphere is quiet and laid back (even though there were a lot of kids). Pool bar was great for lunch and drinks but only operated 12 -6. The main restaurant is the Oriental Spoon. Great breakfast and it was open for dinner (I have seen some reviews where it has not been open for dinner - which is very odd for a 5* hotel). Staff were wonderful and you're greeted with a welcome cocktail and a garland of flowers. We were Bed and Breakfast and we found the prices of food and drink to be a bit cheaper then the UK. e.g. A beer is around £3 Surin beach just across the road and is stunning, but as with most beaches in Thailand they're public beaches and they don't allow sundbeds or bars etc. Instead a little 'village' has sprung up at the back of the beach with sunbeds and 20+ pop up restauarnts and shops. To be honest, its a little bit grotty. We had lots of walks along this beach but didn't really stay on it. The hotel runs shuttle buses to its sister hotel the Monte Azure and 2 beach clubs in Bang Tao. Its about a 10 miunte drive to the beach clubs and they are great. I'll do a sepaate review of Catch Beach club and the Lazy coconut. I do have a couple of negative points but I thinks its more Phuket as we noticed these issues in several hotels. 1. Aircon. Rooms are no problem, but reception and the restauarnt have no walls so you're technically outside (even if you don't realise it). Therefore no AC. This was the same in every hotel we visisted not just the Twinpalms. In April it was around 32 degrees and very humid. Not unbearable but def. not comfortable. This might be a reason for for my second issue. 2. Very quiet in the evenings. The restarants shut at 9.30pm and there isn't a bar. We sometimes like to have a few beers at the end of the night but this wasn't an option. We don't stay out late but nothing to do after 9.30 felt a little stange. Again this was in every hotel we visisted. Just very low key! All in all it still a 5 star review and we would def. go back now we know what to expect.

Excellent service, and a great room, (118) top floor, best holiday I have had in many years. Affiliated with Pacific Resort, and able to use Resort Facilities. Courtesy vehicle. Staff are super helpful. Some music will flutter up from restaurants of an evening, though no issue to me. I will definitely be returning in 2024. My regret is not staying for a longer period. If you want a relaxing and friendly place to stay you can't go wrong with the Sunset Beach Resort. On arrival you are greeted by the friendly and helpful staff reception staff. We had a mix up with our rooms (that happened with the people we booked with before we left), but it was Quickly sorted out and hassle free by the reception staff. The rooms are a bit old compared to the new resorts, but in saying that they are clean and fresh, and airconditioned, with there own little balconys. Shower and bath, room service and all you need. The resort has a daily breakfast, lunch and dinner, with fabulous fresh food. Watching the sunset with a perfectly made cocktail in hand (banana diquori was my favourite) by their friendly and talented bar staff is a must. Thank you Pea :). A wonderful pool area, with a waterfall with a seperate spa seclude in the top of the water fall. The resort has a swim up bar (being renovated when we stayed) but have no fear, there is a free standing bar right near the pool, with the ever helpful and smiling Staff (Thank you, Gous, (Smiley) always ready with a towel or a icey cold Chang. All the staff treat you with such kindness and respect and always ready to help or lend a hand. Now if you didnt think you could relax more... guess what? The Sunset Resort also has a Day Spa run by the Beautiful Manager Atitaya. Atitaya and her amazing staff will welcome you and help you with a wonderful variety of massagers, from head to toe that pamper your weiry bodies needs. The facial is divine. And with a specia Thai herbal cuppa and biscuits to finish your session, I truley recommend taking the time to treat yourself. Thank you Atitaya and the beautiful team of ladies, can't wait to see you all again. Now if you want out and about, there is a courtesy shuttle that runs about every hour, and drops you into the heart of Patong Beach. If you need there are also Tuk Tuk's available right outside the resort, 200baht into town. Or about a 10 to 15minute walk to all Patong Beach has to offer. Sunset Beach Resort is also located right near night food markets, 7 eleven, restaurants, laundries and so much more. A truley great located resort for all your Phuket hoilday needs with amazingly friendly, lovely, helpful and wonderful staff. Thanks Sunset Beach Resort, we had a blast and will be back for sure.

Compound and facilities may not be as big nor comprehensive as its sister’s compound that’s just right next door, I think the proximity of it to Turtle Village as well as the activities available for everyone to do in the family makes up for it. Love: • mini golf • swimming pool for the kids • personal swimming pool at our room Our son fell sick during the trip and Cartoon, a manager went out of her way to ensure we got the help we needed— worried about our situation she checked on us via WhatsApp to ensure our son is ok, we got our dinner settled etc and from her interactions you can sense that she truly cares for her guests. Top notch service and care, MVC, please convey my deepest thanks to her. ❤️

What a fabulous hotel. Very clean and comfortable. The owner and staff were amazing. We had a direct access pool room which was definitely worth the extra. Very comfortable bed too. The WiFi signal was great and the hotel also offered a laundry service. Although the location was slightly out of the way, there were plenty of small bars and restaurants on the way to the beach. I would 100% recommend this beautiful boutique hotel.

- Local buses (Songthaews) connect Phuket Town to various beaches. These converted trucks operate from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with fares ranging from 20 to 40 THB ($0.60 to $1.20 USD) per trip. Songthaews are an economical way to travel but can be slow and less comfortable compared to other modes of transport.
- Tuk-tuks are widely available across Phuket, especially in tourist areas. They operate 24/7, and fares start at around 200 THB ($6 USD) for short trips and can go up to 1000 THB ($30 USD) for longer distances. Tuk-tuks offer a convenient and quintessentially Thai travel experience, though they are more expensive compared to buses and fares should be negotiated in advance.

Some negative things happened
The room has water leaking issue from the fridge,
The bed is made of veneer wood, so the broken corner is extremely sharp. I got cut in the room in the first 15 mins after entered the room, my foot was bleeding a lot. I called the hotel for the issue, they sent a first aid staff, and other staff to help. They changed another room for me, and also compensated me some hotel credit and 2 massages.
The hotel has nice breakfast daily, the roof top bar is gorgeous to go. Room view is stunning. But the details are not taken care, such as bathroom has mold in the edge, and some humid insects moth, and the toilet seat has no slow down closing function. The balcony door would make noise if it is a windy night, when the wind snap the glass door, it will create quite noisy sound at night. In our room, the drain somehow was stuck, and shower water came out, since the first night, but we after complain they have fixed the issue. Also the room and bathroom lighting is too romantic(dark). i think if they could be much more bright would be better. Restaurant staffs, front desk staffs are very nice.

NNamazov’sWe recently stayed at Pullman Karon for our anniversary for 17 nights, and overall, it was a very satisfying experience.
The staff were amazing! Everyone was friendly, smiling, and always eager to help. We were pleasantly surprised when we got upgraded to a junior suite for free, and the bed was beautifully decorated for our anniversary. Their attention to detail and customer service truly made our stay special.
Unfortunately, the room service food did not meet our expectations, and the same goes for the open international buffet. Although the selection was limited, the beef (steak) and fish barbecue were excellent.
The pool area had a very good and relaxing ambiance. The bar was great, and the bartenders were amazing, serving delicious drinks and French fries. However, there was construction in one of the buildings that created loud and disturbing noise, which was not mentioned at the time of booking. Thankfully, we couldn't hear it from our room.
Breakfast was somewhat disappointing. We expected more variety from a 5-star hotel.
Despite these minor issues, we were overall very satisfied with our stay. The exceptional service and thoughtful gestures made our anniversary celebration memorable.

This is my third time staying in this hotel and definitely wont be the last because i love everything about this Resort.
To start with i appreciate their exceptional customer service from the reception, concierge, the baggage team, the cleaners they are all amazing. The team is always willing to listen when you have any concerns and they will do anything to ensure they help or sort any issues you may have.
My experience is always great with daily cleaning service n big thank you to Farsai(supa)who made sure our room was clean on daily basis last week and this week.
For the above i will always share or recommend to my friends/family to pick Graceland resort always.

GGuest UserI am a frequent traveller to Phuket and when I visited this time I needed to book a family room for 5 of us (2 adults, 2 young children and nan) and stayed here for 11 nights.. I needed something that was within my budget within walking distance of Patong beach (about 10 minutes for my pace) and somewhere near to the markets/ shopping centre. The Andakira is about 5 minute walk away from Junceylon shopping centre but was closed when I visited (Big C was open though). I have Thai family members and the Banzaan Market is also a 5 minute walk away and catered to them for the price and street food. Nan has mobility issues so was great for her to be near the market. The family suite/ room comprises of 2 rooms with a divider door. I found both rooms to be of a large size. Both have TVs and fridges. The bigger room has a sofa and table. The bigger room was used as the main socialising room and for eating etc. The bigger room has an en suite bathroom but has a bath. The en suite is located on the left when you enter. It has a sliding type frosting window that faces into the main room so if you have any guests you are staying with they may be able to see in (just for consideration of who takes what room). The smaller room has an ensuite bathroom with standing shower. I had a decent sleep and the air con worked great. The rooms were clean and staff cleaned them each day. The view from the balcony was of the hotels/ homes nearby and Patong Hill. My room was located on the first floor which is the same level as the swimming pool. There is a kids sized small pool and also the bigger pool. I found the staff pleasant and helpful. There is parking available at the hotel for cars/ motorcycles. I have previously stayed in hotels on 200 year road near to Bangla Road due to being near the beach I would recommend this hotel and when I return to Phuket I intend to stay here again.

GGuest UserThis review is about the cafe not the hotel. The cafe had a coffee drink called 'dirty' now this drink has coffee and a ball of ice cream in it. Taste is wonderful. However, the service was atrocious to say the least. When you order this drink, the staff will tell you it takes from 15 to 20 minutes to prepare...sure no problem. but after half and hour no sign of the drink. Ask the staff, they check and does not come to me but signals it will take another 10. Now what kind of service is this. I just crossed my hands and walked away. The staff immediately came and said 10 more minutes, Told her I had to take the tender back to my ship. I really pity the owner of this place, it was empty, with 2 tables occupied only. If they cant get it right or maybe it is their 'Sabai' attitude. It does leave a sour taste in your mouth.

Some of the precise observations listed below. Hope this helps in making the decision Pros: 1. Smooth Check-in 2. Very clean and tidy property 3. Spacious Room (1 Bedroom Suite) 4. Comfortable bed & pillows 5. Couple of Indian restaurants just outside the hotel 6. Good Indian food 7. Very nice pool 8. Helpful staff Cons: 1. No 7/11 around. The nearest is about a km and a half and the taxi will charge 40 bahts too and fro. So, plan your purchases accordingly when you go there. 2. Little inside the main road. Difficult to walk the beach seems very far away due to the heat as there's no private beach. 3. Not much to do in the area where it's located. Patong beach is 20 minutes away which isn't much but commuting will cost some money 4. Electricity sockets are in a bad condition and not at the right places. Please check the sockets of the room before you are allocated the room 5. No kitchnette inside the room Special mention: 1. Harish Bahuguna, the Indian chef cooks a great food. He cooked a very nice fish masala and lentil (Dal) for us. It was precisely as per the instructions 2. Vacilli at the travel desk. Very helpful and cooperative. One has to negotiate but I definitely give full marks to his sales skills Overall, if you like a quite area then go for this. I am rating it very good due to the pros that I have mentioned above.
