Great hotel! The cats are adorable, and the place is very clean. The owner is really friendly. I'll definitely come back again.

It's a budget hotel in Patong, not bad but don't expect too much either. Room is mostly clean, bed and shower are good, there is a small balcony. And there are lots of cats in the lobby.

Facilities: All facilities are very complete, similar to hotels in China. The room is also equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, air conditioner, and a vanity mirror. It's truly excellent, and the owner is very attentive! Cleanliness: If cleaning is needed, it's done daily. I feel that everyone here is very diligent and responsible. Environment: Cat lovers will understand cat odor, but the owner has over a dozen cats, and the environment is exceptionally well-maintained. Aside from a slight cat smell at the entrance (unavoidable, and completely acceptable), there's no smell at all once you enter the room. Plus, every day after waking up or returning from an outing, my mom and I can't stop petting the cats; it's so enjoyable and relaxing. Every single cat is incredibly friendly and adorable and won't bother you. My mom loves cats, and she was incredibly happy. Service: You'll know once you're here—everyone here provides immense emotional value. There's no impatience whatsoever; they're always responsive, truly considerate, and polite. You'll be happy when you go out and happy when you return to the hotel, feeling just like home~ I will definitely come again and choose to stay here. I love it here and look forward to my next visit!

The room was comfortable and clean, especially the mattress and bedding – they were really cozy. With the balcony door open, the street was noisy, but when closed, the soundproofing was excellent. You can tell the owner put a lot of thought and effort into it. Plus, out of the three hotels I stayed at in Phuket, the first two didn't have an elevator, so it was a pleasant surprise to find one here! 😂 The cats are all so plump and adorable! 🤩 The hygiene and lack of cat odor here are absolutely the best I've experienced in any cat cafe. Thumbs up! 👍 Uncle Cat (the owner) is very welcoming; you can ask him anything anytime. There's just so much marketing on Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book) these days.

The bedding in the room was quite clean. We were lucky that the owner had just installed soundproof doors, so we slept comfortably at night without any noise. The hotel's location is close to both Bangla Road and the beach, and there's a 7-Eleven right downstairs. Most importantly, having a washing machine in the room was incredibly convenient! You don't realize how important a washing machine is until you've been to Phuket. The five-star hotels I stayed at before didn't have one, and sending laundry out was such a hassle. Next time I'm in Phuket, I'm definitely staying here! Plus, the owner is usually in the lobby, so communication was quick if we had any questions. The restaurants the owner recommended were also excellent; DooBee was especially delicious! When it started raining heavily, the owner was very kind and helped us get a taxi. Highly recommend!!!

Simple place with a fantastic location, great for coming back to see cats.

I choose to stay here because of their lovely cats. They are 10/10. The room is basic and acceptable. Even though the room looks old but it’s clean.

Clean and hygienic, the cat is very well-behaved, and we were even given a late check-out. The owner is super nice.

This was my first trip to Phuket, and I was so glad to find a guesthouse run by Chinese owners – it felt incredibly welcoming. The owner was exceptionally hospitable, giving us recommendations for several authentic local eateries. They also offer motorbike rentals for around 60 per day. The location is fantastic, just under 500 meters (walking distance) from the beach, Jungceylon Mall, and the night market, yet it's surprisingly quiet. A 7-Eleven is only 30 meters away, and right across the street are several massage shops. My wife and I even tried one, and it was quite good! What's more, for island hopping and other tours, pick-up and drop-off are conveniently arranged right at the guesthouse's doorstep. The guesthouse cat is very handsome and friendly; it even rides the elevator with you upstairs! Our room also had a thoughtful mini-fridge. All in all, everything was excellent. Wishing the owners continued prosperity, and I hope to have the chance to stay again!

I came for the cats and was not disappointed! They are so friendly, soft and clean! Rooms are very clean too, and washing machine was a very good surprise to me. I would come back there if I am ever in Patong again.

Pros: -Cute cats, they are not afraid of strangers. Cat lovers must stay in this place! -Nice staff -Big room -Location is fine. It is not located on the main street or bar street, so it was not toooo noisy and in acceptable levels for me. -Walk only 15-20 mins to Patong Beach -There is 7-11 nearby, easy to get supplies. Cons: -The only thing bothered me was the bathroom. There was no shower curtain. Everywhere was wet after showering.

The room I received was not the one I booked. There was an overpowering cat smell. Both the environment and the service were merely average.

The first floor had cats, and the elevator had a distinct, unpleasant smell. The elevator lobby felt second-rate and reeked of cat urine, with visible yellow stains.
