The hotel is great but showing its age and deserves a paint job. Staff tries very hard, but the boss is missing.

The first room was getting old, but actually quite nice at first glance. Unfortunately, at second glance, the cleanliness wasn't quite as good as first thought and the air conditioning compressor was unbearably loud. After a small complaint, we were immediately assigned a new room - a bit smaller, no bathtub, but the level of cleanliness was acceptable. We were going to grab two cocktails each at happy hour and then carry our stuff over. We ordered the second cocktail 10 minutes before happy hour ended and it only came 30 minutes later. On the statement they wanted to settle that for afterwards! After a somewhat more violent complaint and the threat to leave the hotel today, we were waived the entire cost of the drinks and were also offered 2 free drinks for the next day. In order to make up for the inconvenience, we were allowed to move into the garden suite the next day (of course we had to move all our luggage ourselves). Here, too, the level of cleanliness was acceptable, although the guest (in this case we) could have felt a lot more comfortable with a few tweaks. All in all, it is an outdated facility, which in our opinion is/is not really well maintained. The view makes up for some, but not everything.

Hotel avec du potentiel mais mal exploité et avec du personnel peu professionnel (sauf à la réception). Chambres très spacieuses mais parfois un peu vétustes (rideaux déchirés). Bonne literie. Peu de parasols et transats. Grande piscine très agréable. Pas possible de diner après 20h. Emplacement très agréable loin des coins touristiques bondés. Plage non baignable à marée basse. Ca reste un bon rapport qualité-prix.

Dommage dommage dommage . Magnifique endroit au calme et avec vue … mais personnels pas formés et mauvais ! Cuisiner mauvais également ! Nettoyage extérieur et intérieur nul ! Manque un manager ! Même le serveur le matin quand il voit nos toast … il les prend et les mange ! Sérieux ! A peine dos tourné !!! Vraiment dommage lieu top de bon resto tout près mais pas celui de l hôtel

พนักงานต้อนรับให้คำแนะนำดี บริเวณโรงแรมสะอาดเงียบสงบแต่ห้องน้ำบริเวณสระไม่ค่อยสะอาด อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกแบบเป็นเซ็ทเมนูครัวซองแฮมชีสอร่อย ห้องพักกว้างมาก ในช่วงเข้าพักเป็นช่วง low season บรรยากาศหน้าหาดจะเงียบสงบ วิวหน้าหาดจะมองเห็น Big Buddha และพระอาทิตย์ตกในตอนเย็น

Pour commencer , un tres bon accueil , la chambre , tres bien , petit coin sympathique si l'on désire grignoter , dans la chambre un réfrigérateur tres grand , bouilloire , thé , la literie impeccable , un grand balcon et en plus une baignoire sur le balcon. Petit déjeuner correct , la piscine assez grande avec une vue sur la Mer. Canoë et padole gratuit. La plage à marée haute sympa , surtout avec des enfants , pas de vagues , à marée basse , un peu de vase , là on profite de la piscine 😄😄😄😄😄😄😄😄 Un endroit agréable , nous reviendrons 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
