Nice and new room. The swimming pool is really great, will come back if I come to Phuket a second time. The location is quite far from the center, I spent a lot of time and money grabbing

Pillow seems have something bite us, itchy and turning red and swollen make us woke
Breakfast is bad, you won’t feel anything is a good choice when you wake and out for it

It’s very lovely hotel . The staff were friendly and helpful. Our only problem was the location. There was nothing around it in a walking distance. You need to book a taxi or to rent a car.

This hotel was really cozy. The hotel stuffs are so kind and good at English. FYI, it’s very far from the airport so you have to pay about 1000 baths/ taxi.

Staff were rude, check in was at 3pm but the room wasn’t ready for 30 mins & the reception was packed with luggage. The hotel is so far from everything, only 1 restaurant near by. Outlook from room was just rubbish on a field and the pool is too shallow to swim in and only about 2 metres to kayak (which is filthy & not clear). Breakfast was AWFUL & towels were dirty

Absolutely great experience and Panwaburi. The staff are so kind and explain everything so well, the facilities from the restaurant to rooftop pool are amazing. The only thing l would say was not good was the distance from the resort to other places, we spent a lot of time on the road because of this which was unfortunately a downside. Would stay there again though

I had a terrible experience to staying at here panwaburi. The customer service was bad. They are not even considerate for their guests. My husband had minor injury we headed to clinic and back after 12pm, which means after check out time. Already explained the situation but the receptionist refused and ask us check out by 1pm with charges of 25% of the room just for 1 hour. I feel that was over priced. And there’s some blood stains in the bedsheet due to my husb injury, they charged another 300bht for the laundry. I never experienced at any other hotel such things. How if women stay with their menstrual time if accidentally had blood stains, got charges for that too? It was disappointing stay for us. The reception service is too bad.
