Thavorn Beach Village Resort & Spa Phuket

Hotel and room was full of mosquitos and flies, the breakfast food area was swarmed with flies I don’t understand why they don’t do pest control. I got at least 20 bites and the mosquito repellant is charged, is that how they earn money? The room was completely flooded with water and mud after we went out for a day tour and they refuse to refund until now, I cannot accept to pay for a room of this bad quality. Even after we requested a room change the room was again full of mosquitos and bugs and the utensils in the room- teaspoon was dirty. Also when we moved to the new room the service was bad as the staff threw our shoes on the floor. Till now my refund for that night is still pending, and this afternoon they just gave us this fruit platter and think it can solve all the hassle? It was very tiring to move at night after a whole day tour. Unacceptable hotel please do not book with them.

Love the place, facilities, staff, private beach and mini zoo ! Will repeat again

Thavorn did not disappoint. If you’re looking for a very relaxing, quiet getaway, this is your place. The staff was exceptional from greeting us when checking in to serving us drinks at the swim up bar. The two restaurants offer a good variety of food but you will want to get off the resort once and a while and their shuttles to Kamala and Patong are limited. There is a great Thai restaurant a five-minute walk away. The pool is worth staying here alone. It’s huge and never feels busy. We will be back!

Relaxing good place and nice swimming pool

We felt that we got the nicest resort in all of Phuket. We stayed in the Pool Suite and this was a great place for us to be as we could easily get into the pool, swim up to the bar and get out of the pool to go to the beach. We ate each night at the restaurant by the pool and the food was fairly good. Our favorite food was the Pizza, but we were able to eat the Seafood Platter and the Churrasco Grill night and the food was decent. The room was very spacious and the amenities were nice. We enjoyed the overall tranquility and safety of the resort.

This is the best vacation I've ever had! My whole family was being taken good care of by the staff here. We enjoyed our stay here so much. Every staff wears a wonderful smile and makes you feel at home. I love the breakfast and the mini zoo. The animals are so cute and well trained. The resort has a private beach, a pool, a pier. You can also join their yoga and meditation courses. I really want to join the wellness center too but it's a little pricey. PS: the welcoming drinks are amazingly delicious. Thank you for everything. I will definitely come back again.

We are a family with one child and one infant and we always book hotels baby sitting and kids club services. Unfortunately, despite that trip.com shows up that they have these services, but both services not available and I was really not happy with that.

I recently had the opportunity to extend my stay at Thavorn Beach Village Resort and Spa Phuket due to a missed flight, and I must say it turned out to be a delightful experience. The hotel staff was extremely helpful in accommodating our last-minute request for an extra night, ensuring a seamless transition to a new room. Although our new room was located further up the hill, away from the beach, it was a luxurious haven. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities one would expect from a high-end resort. The panoramic views from the room were stunning, making up for the slight inconvenience of having to take a slow-moving roller coaster car to the lobby area. Speaking of the facilities, I can confidently say that they are nothing short of excellent. The resort boasts an array of amenities catering to various interests and preferences. Whether it was lounging by the pool, indulging in spa treatments, or taking part in the recreational activities offered, there was never a dull moment during our stay. One aspect that truly stood out during our extended stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. From assisting us with our luggage during the room change to offering helpful suggestions for local attractions, their attentiveness and professionalism were commendable. Despite the unexpected change of plans, Thavorn Beach Village Resort and Spa Phuket remained a five-star experience. The comfort and luxury of the room, combined with the outstanding facilities and the hospitality of the staff, made it a memorable stay. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and indulgent getaway.
