I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hill Mnya in Phuket, and I cannot express enough how impressed I was with the level of customer service provided. From the moment I walked through the doors, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect. The check-in process was seamless, with the front desk staff offering a warm welcome and providing all the necessary information about the hotel facilities and nearby attractions. Their attentiveness and genuine friendliness set the tone for the entire stay. Throughout my time at the hotel, the housekeeping team maintained a standard of cleanliness that exceeded my expectations. The room was immaculate, and they made sure that every detail was attended to, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. One standout aspect of the hotel was the concierge service. The knowledgeable concierge staff took the time to understand my preferences and provided valuable recommendations for local restaurants, activities, and hidden gems in Phuket. The hotel is value for money. It is nearby the beach . The room is clean. However, it is quite far from city center. The problem I got is on the check in date the hotel provided the duplicated room with another guest. However, the front office staff took immediate action to find the new room for me. Overall is good.

Stayed for 8 nights in this hotel with my wife. Excellent hotel overall. Very clean indeed, staff very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. They open doors for you as you enter reception, take you bags to your room, help sort car / moped hire etc, The room was very clean and well appointed. Bath and beach towels are provided and they change these as frequently a you need. They also provide all the usual essentials including shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, bottled water every day. Kettle, hob, large sink and basic utensils, glasses, cups etc were all provided. Also an iron and ironing board as well as a clothes drying stand. The big kitchen sink is easily bug enough to do clothes washing in. Room service was excellent each day. Balcony size on normal rooms was slightly small, especially as was shared with two large air conditioning units (all balconies appear the same) so this made the balcony cramped, noisy and hot when air conditioning was on. Breakfast was provided in the adjoining restaurant. This was excellent offering fresh hot and cold food, eggs made to your liking (fried, scrambled, omelettes, etc), bacon, sausages, fruit, bread, croissants, etc etc. Seemed to have everything included plentiful supply of juices, coffee, tea, etc. Most things self-service but the staff were on hand to help and to clear used dished. The location of the hotel means it is a 15 minute to the beach and 15 minutes to the main restaurant area known as Boat Avenue. Fortunately the hotel runs a shuttle bus service twice an hour to both locations and back until 9.10pm. Would be nice if slightly later coming back from Boat Avenue, but taxis and tuk-tuks were on hand although these aren't the cheapest. The main local beach is Bang Tao beach. This is lovely. Very clean (as everywhere seems to be here), soft white sand, gentle shelving into the water with no stones or rocks. Shame about sea lice the bite / sting in the water but they are everywhere in this part of the world depending on time of year and they are a very minor irritation. Also good availability of sun-beds as well as beverages from the beach shacks. Lots of fresh water showers and there is parking next to the beach as well as toilets. Boat Avenue has plenty of nice restaurants - see my other reviews if you want to see where we went and what we thoughts. Lots to choose from. Most restaurants seem to slow down food service after 9.30pm and this is not a clubby resort. Was just right for us though as there were plenty of bars and some with live music (check out The Mexican bar and restaurant). Wine is not cheap here and starts around £30 a bottle - although some could be found around £25. We stuck to beer with dinner. There is also a handy large supermarket selling everything you could need and is right by taxi station and open until 10pm. Final top tip about this area is to visit on a Friday night if you can as the street market is great with street food and live music. Easy to hire cars and

Beautiful beach front . We choose this hotel because we were told Kamala beach is a great for swimming. This beach is definitely very calm in the month of Nov when we stayed . Bring your snorkeling mask ! Book the ocean front rooms the sunset is amazing !!

We stayed at 1BDR pool villa, and happy to have Gam as our butler. She is sweet and taking great care to us like friend. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast everyday, we love the variety and taste of food, especially the thai soup noddles! We had Tea and Happy Hour in The Club. We loved the snacks and drink in HH more(maybe we are not sweet favour), choice of snacks is not as much as other IC, but are signature. Choice of drinks served alcohol lover~ Staff are cheerful, no matter who you met in the resort. Buildings are beautiful and remarkable! We slept very good for 3 nights with cosy beds and good room temperature, almost no mosquitoes disturbed . only minor cons to remarks: 1. floor in bathroom area is slippery even it is dry, a bit dangerous. 2. temperature of fridge is too high, drink is not cold enough. To conclude, I will certainly back to IC if I revisit Phuket :)

If you're only staying in Phuket a couple of days, this hotel is satisfactory. It's quite close to the beach and shopping if you need to buy anything. There are two important things to note: 1) There is a 1,000 Baht deposit you have to pay upon check in. You get the deposit back when you check out. 2) The address/name on the site does not take you to the hotel. The hotel is the ICheck Inn Chill Patong and the address is 18 / 1Rat-u-thit ,200 pee road, kathu, Phuket, 83150, Thailand.

Stay here for a 3 nights stay, really like the cleanness of the hotel and close to all the attractions and shopping malls. U won’t go hungry as there are many eating houses and restaurants both locals and overseas foods. Not mentioning lot of bars and bistros to choose from if you out for a drinks. Like the close proximity of Bangle street, so much vibes and fun’s

Stayed in the hotel only as I am leaving very early tomorrow to Khao Lak. Its a good pitstop hotel probably not for long term. The location is not exactly on a prime location. Its in the middle of a road with nothing much happening around. You need to travel 10 minutes by car to get to anything worth mentioning. Other than that the price is very spot on. Less than $20 I paid for a triple room, couldnt really complain much. Room is clean but the age of the room is already showing. Bathroom for instance is mouldy. AC is very loud. But you get past it for the price you pay. Recommended for short stay, not for long term. There's parking with security, which was a plus.

Wanted to watch the AFL when in the area and didn't want to try get into the busy areas of Cherngtalay. De Sports Bar I have driven past many times at Tour De Phuket Hotel but not stopped. This is a great Sports Bar! I am really happy we did enjoyed lunch and the footy. Clean, plenty of TVs, friendly staff and a good variety of drinks on tap, bottled and spirits. Good all day menu, we had pizza and Salmon Lunch and was very good, fresh, fast and good size. Recommend
