We like the place and we’ll be back again! It’s a very clean, simple newly built boutique hotel with all the amenities we needed. We loved that our room (305) has direct pool access (like a lot of the rooms). It was very well placed and very convenient. Food was great with reasonable pricing. However, the restaurant (small but very well enough for us) closes at 5pm (which we only found out later). The staff and workers are very friendly. Maybe it’s a fluke, but it took us about 25 minutes to have our (simple food) order. The bathroom got clogged when taking a shower. But we managed since our schedule was very hectic. It's a clean and ok room. But: - Too hot on the small balcony because of the AC. - Chech-in lady. First, she wanted to add 3% (I know that some hotels charge 3% and do not mind or pay in cash, IF there is a warning BEFORE booking, but here there was no warning), then she called her boss and he agreed to waive it. Hotel is comfortable, we were settled before 14:00. This place was such a gem to find. A perfect place to stay near the airport. Rooms are clean, simple, and just as pictured. One of our favorite places- especially for the value! Stayed here twice. AND they offer a free ride to/ from airport!

This is truly the best place in Thailand where I rested. There will be many words, but I will try to give the maximum information about the hotel in the April 2020. 1) The room is huge! The bed is large: the three of us slept comfortably (me, my wife and child 3 years old). The air conditioning was powerful, it cooled the room perfectly. Who writes that he is blowing on the bed, just adjust the angle of the ”curtains”. The fridge freezer has got a spesial form for an ice, which I have not seen in any hotel in Thailand. Whiskey + ice = great evening on the balcony;) The balcony is good - there are a table (constantly used in the room), two armchairs, a clothes dryer. 2) The wi-fi is wonderful. I calmly used the Internet: read the news, mail, YouTube. 3) The room cleaning servise is every day and the cleaning is excellent. They never forgot to get anything, they did everything quickly and accurately. 4) It was possible to order food in the lobby of the hotel (main building). I highly recommend fried rice with chicken and Mango Fresh, very tasty. The baby was eating just chicken without any spices, he was pleased. 5) Communication with the staff also gave only positive emotions: they solved all problems and tasks, told important news, ordered a taxi. 6) We were completely satisfied with the location of the hotel: a thin road leads from the hotel to the beach (left, 3-5 minutes on foot), is usually used by bikes. If you go straight from the hotel, then you can walk to the market in about 20 minutes (it works on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday). If you go to the right, past the Title condo, you will reach 7-Eleven, although there are so many in the area. 7) We prefered to eat at Phen's cafe. For three years of visiting Nai Yang we have never found a place where the price-quality food would be better. A pleasant surprise was a 10% discount for residents of Pensiri House.
