We stay at this hotel at least a couple times a year. We usually get the executive king room but this time we got the double queen room. The beds were horrible!! Very uncomfortable and noisy. Everything else was good.

The staff was excellent. I arrived at the hotel only to find out that I had accidentally booked the wrong day through *******. The staff was very understanding and helpful, and helped me get my reservation updated. The hotel has updated rooms, an excellent breakfast, and direct ****** access.

Hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. Not much to do other than the ******. They have 1 restaurant and it is very good (Brew Brothers).

Had a room with a giant bunk bed which was neat for kids. Wasn’t as nice as I was expecting with the review the hotel got. Bathroom was weird with a big sliding door that couldn’t be locked and was installed wrong as the handle from in the bathroom was on the side that went behind the wall.

The hotel was joyous and peaceful!! Staff was direct and friendly. Grace was so nice to us. The room was excellent!! Tidy and clean. It made us feel right at home. We had a beautiful time at this location. We will be returning soon!

The representative I emailed with our late check-in request was super sweet and accommodating, and emailed back FAST. The person that checked us in when we arrived was uninterested, borderline condescending, unfriendly, and honestly a bit rude. Thankfully we only had to deal with her once. The room was extremely nice, very comfortable, and clean. We were very pleased and surprised at how nice it was for the low price. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
