There are multiple pool/hot tub/wading pool options on this property. Weather permitting, none should be too busy. It was chilly out (mid-March) so one pool/wading pool/kiddie pool area was closed, but the other outdoor pool/hot tub was operational and being used, even though the pool wasn't heated. The indoor pool was a pleasant temp, however the hot tub wasn't very hot, the jets are at the bottom of the seat wall and very low-powered. Still relaxing, however. On our second night, that entire space was completely empty for the 30m that we were using the hot tub, which was great, but we had to walk back outside to go to the lobby for towels. The property is 3 separate buildings, and had I known, I would have requested the one that contains the indoor pool, so that we wouldn't have to go outdoors getting back and forth at night. Room was spacious, nice gas fireplace to use and we had a balcony river/mountain view room. Although it also included a busy street in that view, directly behind our building. If you looked up and wore headphones, you won't notice the traffic. Or the cigarette (?) butts left on the balcony table. Breakfast was good (also in a different building) and we were glad we followed the tip posted to get there early on a Sunday and beat the crowd. On a Monday, it was fine later in the morning. Basic food options, but plenty to choose from, always full and fresh. We did not use housekeeping during our short stay. All staff encountered were friendly.

Room had ants but I think it’s the time of year for them! They didn’t bother me thou! Definitely love this place and will b back for those 2 outdoor pools!

The location is great. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good and many options were available; hot foods, cererals, waffles, bagels, muffins, fruit, and yogurt. Overall, a positive stay.

There are definitely worse hotels. But if you're like me, and choose hotels based off of whether or not they serve a continental breakfast- I would pass on this place. We took a few bites of powdery eggs, and that was enough. The beds were comfortable though, and we got a microwave/mini fridge which was a bonus. For a one night stay at a lower price, it was alright. My actual complaint is that they tried to update the rooms to look more modern, but didn't do a lot of maintenance or upkeep to keep the rooms looking nice- it felt unfinished. Although the room looked private, you could hear EVERYTHING outside the room very clearly. So if you get placed next to some noisy neighbors (in our case, high school student athletes), good luck.
