The hotel was very clean. I loved that it was pet friendly so I could bring my puppy. Staff was so nice and welcoming. I plan on using this hotel in the future for my husband and I.

The first stay was in section one that needs updating. And we stayed one night in section two, this section was in much better shape, and I will ask for this section on my next stay.

I like the restaurant, but a little pricey. Room was great. Parking not so much. I have a handicap plaque and had to pull down the hill.

The staff was so friendly! I received a text from them everyday asking me how everything was and if I needed anything. The room was good, but there was nowhere to hang anything so I had to make-do. The floor also had a soft spot in an area, but it wasn’t super noticeable. The bed only had two pillows, maybe two more would’ve been better. The safe did not lock, but thankfully we didn’t need to use it. There was only one bedside table, one more would have been more convenient but the one in the room worked well enough. The room was clean and for a weekend stay it was a good spot!

Everything thing was good, I had a room on the 3rd floor that I wished was different but it wasn’t the end of my world I sm almost 60 and I am looking at it was exercising that I don’t normally do

I specifically asked for a 1st floor room, it was on my profile, they acknowledged that they saw it, and gave me 3rd floor, i have prosthetic knees.
We accidentally locked our bathroom, i went to the front desk at 10:30 pm, it was locked and closed for the night, an hour later, my husband got the door unlocked to the bathroom with a bobby pin.
Saturday, we had a wedding to attend and woke up to no hot water, in our entire building we were told they would try to get someone to fix it that day.
