Never Ever Go to this Hotel... I strongly advise against staying at this hotel for the following reasons: 1. Unpleasant Room Conditions: The room had a noticeable odor, and the owner's solution was to run the AC for a few hours, which is unacceptable. 2. Lack of Cleanliness: The room was stuffy and dirty, with dust covering surfaces, making it an uncomfortable environment. 3. Booking Issues: Despite having paid and reserved the room in advance, the hotel claimed they had no record of my booking. It was only after I showed them the receipt that they bothered to check their records. 4. False Advertising: I booked a Deluxe room that was supposed to include amenities like a mini-bar and cable TV, but neither was provided. They didn't even offer a complimentary bottle of water. The hotel closes at 11:00 PM, and I had to wake up the security officer just to get a jug of water and a glass. 5. Recommendation: I strongly discourage anyone from booking a stay at this hotel. If you're considering it, I recommend visiting the place in person before making any reservations to avoid the unpleasant experience I had. Despite all these issues, the hotel refused to reduce the charges or acknowledge their mistakes. I strongly urge you to avoid this hotel at all costs. Never, ever go to this hotel.

I going to this hotel from 2016. Actually still I'm go there because of there service. Specially thank for Mr. Rajapaksha, he is doing great service to customers. He knows ho to deal with repeat customers and how to treat them according to there request. I'm full graduated by Ceylon Hotel School and as a hotelier I know how important this type of staff to development of hotel. Other staff also good trying to give superb service. Thank you all.
