The night manager couldn’t put her phone down to take my reservation and and then got pissy when I complained. The room had 2 cockroaches on the first bed and cobwebs in the ceiling. I chose to cancel my reservation and get a refund and went somewhere else for a higher price and the room reeked of cigarettes and smoking

Front desk clerk needs to learn customer service. While waiting on us one of his friends came in to drop something off so he stopped processing the check-in to talk to them for a couple minutes until his friend reminded him he needed to finish waiting on us. Then we I checked out they double charged for the room.

Checking in was interesting. One side was super 8, one days inn. There was no phone, strange stains on the headboard. Overall ok but for 240.00 I expected more

In the first room I observed 7 roaches and asked to be put in a different room and they accommodated me. The room seemed fine until the final day. I went to the bathroom in the middle of the night and observed several roaches in the tub and sink areas. I did not return to bed and left at 4am suggested they spray.

I booked for two nights at the property, even though it doesn't have a carpet, I want you to know that the cockroaches are the owners of the place, it is the most disgusting thing I have ever seen. I do not recommend it.

No housekeeping..staff disinterested ..no elevator and given room on second floor despite being handicapped and had to struggle to get our luggage upstairs.. no phone in room; roaches and ants running around room..combination of super 8 & days inn(super 8 quality & days inn price)..when went to front desk for towels were given floor mats..will try to get monetary adjustment but not optimistic
