The property was under construction, jack hammer noise all day. No mention of construction when I booked my stay. The lady at the check in desk was rude. I showed up at 3:30 pm and she rudely said check in time isn't until 4 and that would have to wait. Meanwhile she continues to check in other guests while I sat in the lobby and observe. Her name was Lulu. I am not accustomed to that kind of treatment and it left a bad taste to start my stay. She also charged me an $80. resort fee. That was not mentioned during booking either. I would like my $80. back.

We’ve stayed here before and it’s now our go to destination for weekend getaways. This time we brought our daughters (15, 15 and 9), they truly had a blast and enjoyed our stay as well.

We enjoyed the vistas, swings, and friendly service. The only thing I'd change is that the tennis courts aren't on the property and aren't in good condition. Thank you.

What a great find!! Absolutely loved our 2 nite stay here. The views are amazing!!! Great walking area around hotel too! Complimentary breakfast very good. Staff accommodating and kind. Can’t wait to return here someday! Highly recommend!

Room was great, view amazing the front desk and maintenance was helpful and friendly, breakfast was good too. But, the card key didn’t work well, we had to get it fixed every night we stayed. They were working on the water main and shut off the water both days we were there- we wanted to sleep in and relax but needed to get up early so we could shower, etc and couldn’t stay because no bathroom services, wanted to use hot tub but is was closed and the trying to get a soda on premises was ridiculous. The one machine they had was broken- bring your own soda. But, we would stay again because we did enjoy the room and location of the property.

Originally book with Shorechliff but got moved to Lighthouse Suites and wow, what an upgrade! ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. Amazing and helpful staff. The laundry room was a definite plus. Amazing views from the oceanfront suite we were put in. Will definitely return. Thank you for everything!
