My booking was with Bonino Guest House, on arrival at Cape Town International Airport I was notified via whatsapp that the owners of Bonino are moving us to Linga Longa for the evening and was also asked to pay the outstanding deposit. I informed Yolanda of Bonino that all money due was paid and Bonino sent email confirmation. I had to resend her proof of payment. At Linga Longa our shower did not work, my Aunt, son and myself had to make use of the room my Uncle slept in to have a shower. Aircons in both rooms did not work. No tea | coffee making facilities in the rooms. Bedside lamps are broken and taped together. I tried to raise my concerns with Yolanda but both herself and Marinus don't allow you to speak over the phone and explain. You are told to just listen and then Marinus also swore at me. Customer service is non existent.
