Номер не плохой, но фото сильно приукрашены. Все довольно старое. Нет сковородок и вилок. В целом есть кухня, но с таким оснащением ничего не приготовишь. Не удобный матрас.

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and had good working AC. The mini fridge in the room did not work. The hotel pool was small but clean. The location is next to a big show my centre. 10 min taxi from 5th avenue and the main beach area . As it is away from the beach it is very quiet at night.

Great location. Rooms are clean and big. Rooftop pool is great place to relax. There is a grocery store below hotel and it the best. Grocery store has hot food and tons of breads and pastries. Hotel is one street from 5th ave. Staff was friendly. Will be come back.

My friend gave me the famous Xcaret Water Park. The hotel prices on Christmas are ridiculously expensive, especially the hotels under Xcaret. So this time, apart from staying in this Xcaret Mexico (hereinafter referred to as X), the other one is not very popular with Chinese tourists. Many Iberostar Quetzal (hereinafter referred to as Q). The price of Hotel Q is less than half of that of Hotel X (of course, Hotel X includes tickets to the amusement park, whether it is worth it or not). My daughter ordered an appetizer of rice, and what was served was a bowl of white rice! The apartments/hotel is split into two areas either side of a very quiet road. We booked a large double with kitchen, which was across the road from the pool which was not a problem. The room was very clean and well kept and the hotel was about 20mins walk (1.2kms) from the beach and only 200metres from the main highway if you wanted to hail a taxi. Lots of local shops and restaurants.

Amazing Exceptional location, the staff is very pleasant and smiling. The meals are of remarkable quality!

one of the best hotel I have stayed, you have everything like 12 restaurants to eat and the pools and the place to do kayak and be on the ocean pools ara amazing its a nice resort with everything you can dream, amazing views and the restaurant the mercado san juan its amazing for breakfast its food all around Mexico you need a week to see the whole hotel, plus you have acces to all the parks of Xcaret we try the xenses and Xcaret at night its nice, everything for all the family better than the disneys resorts I think its one of the top 10 best hotels in the world, it has something for all kind of taste, from privacy to a lot of places for socialize. I will comeback again for longer stay its worth it.

Large complex with several pools and dining options, though some amenities not available due to covid. Generally helpful and kind staff, one gentleman at the concierge wasn't the best but the manager was great! The beach had lots of space, places to sit and staff available for beverage service. Overall a nice place to stay!

This was my second stay at the Westin Cozumel. The property is beautiful and well-maintained, and in a nice location - just a 5-10 taxi ride into town. There are several restaurants that are excellent and just steps away. The private beach and snorkeling steps away is a real plus. The staff is very pleasant and kind, particularly Damian at the front desk. We also enjoyed a massage at the Zazil spa on-site - excellent services with hydrotherapy and very skilled masseuse. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds and amazing views. Would recommend! The only I thing i foresee needing an update would be the bathroom tile work - it's starting to look a little dated/ragged. It's a short ride from the airport so, traveling from Houston, we can be on the beach with a drink in hand in under 4 hours. Win. win.
