Everything was everything. The most beautiful resort I’ve ever been to.

Excellent facilities and very good guest service. As for cleanliness, they have beach chairs that are stained. The food excellent. For the price I think they can give a better quality wine without having to charge extra.

Not bad. It's quite good. The hotel is very new, but there are too many people. It's not easy to get a chair while basking in the sun.

Loved all the pools, however seating was hard to come by. Seats were taken by early morning. Also beach area was disappointing. Not able to swim due to rocks. Food was okay. Would have liked a better variety of wines that were included without paying ALOT of extra money. Only wines from Chili were included. Overall an absolutely beautiful property!

This property knocked out of the park with everything in this establishment. The staff was always willing to bend over backwards for any wants and needs. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much for making our stay so amazing, it couldn’t have been better!!!

******* sucks and is the worst travel company to book though. I paid a lot of money for my vacation and they did not include travel to and from the resort. Moxche is amazing. Beautiful and really relaxing. The staff are amazing, Andrea, Daniel and Jacob really took care of us! The ocean is not the best but they have a beautiful lagoon. The food is unbelievable. Buffet for breakfast and lunch and amazing restaurant dinners!

Excellent property, Extremely friendly staff. Very accommodating. Beautiful beyond words... Upgrade your room the view is totally worth it... Amazing entertainment staff. Bring one large outfit as food is incredible...

The property is nicely decorated, very modern design. Had spa service but it was so so. Food tastes really nice. Had a little hiccup at the check out but it all sorted out in the end

Have been to Secrets resorts 5 or 6 times in the past (our favorites) but this was first visit after the Hyatt takeover. First day was chaos as this resort was very difficult to navigate without a hardcopy map. Instead you were referred to a phone app to download a tiny, hard to read map. Beach extremely narrow and you cannot walk up or down the beach past this property. No reservations at restaurants but one hour wait time at around 7 pm. $190 US $ upcharge for steaks at Embers!!-- or settle for tough NY *****. ALL chairs at all 9 pools were "claimed" by a towel on the chair by 8am every morning. Very frustrating! All vodka drinks, especially martinis had very noticable "watered" down vodka--undrinkable. PLUSES: Superb breakfast buffet, outstanding cheeseburger & fries at Barefoot grill, outstanding menu and food (Salmon with Caper sauce) at Almoro Italian, great taco bar at night in front of lobby, outstanding pools (9), outstanding overall architecture, and superb wait staff. Beautiful rooms with jaw dropping bathroom and shower! Hyatt needs to improve quality of vodka drinks (REAL Grey Goose) and bring the restaurants up to par with their Italian restaurant. And DO NOT USE Speedy Shuttle suggested by Orbitz!!!!!

I did not receive the VIP services my trip provided; however, the hotel was very nice, and the food was very good. We had a few issues w the bedroom at first, (given 2 twin beds instead of 1 king) & we had to be moved to another one, so we did waste about 2hrs.... Overall, a good place, quiet, and good food!

This is our favourite all inclusive resort. It’s new, modern, luxurious and fun. The only issues were the quality of the food, the wait times to get into restaurants, and the elevator wait times. If they fixed these issues, it would be 5 stars in all categories.

We had an excellent time staying at Secrets Moxche! The amenities are beautiful, restaurants great, pools and swim up bars definitely a positive of this resort. The staff is absolutely excellent. The staff by the pools was helpful and friendly (especially Daniel and Jamie), offering to move umbrellas and find chairs! The entertainment team was wonderful, and hosted some fun activities throughout the week. We really felt welcome and invited to participate in activities. Some of the staff that really went above and beyond to make our stay excellent were: Fermin, Aranza, Sergio, Felix, and Karely. The only negative to this resort is the dress attire for men at the restaurants. We knew about it ahead of time and were prepared, but it is still disappointing on hot nights that men need to wear long pants to sit inside. There were sweatpants and t-shirts allowed inside, but not even shorts w/ collared shirts for men. I am not sure when men's knees became offensive.
