Hyatt House Provo/Pleasant Grove

Amazing stay and staff were extremely helpful location was wonderful for our business meetings

Across the street from Evermore park great place to stay if you're planning a visit to this enchanted park.

Check in was super easy, and the staff were nice. However once we got to our room it was a little dingy. The bottom of the kitchen island was ripping off, the walls had a lot of dirty markings and bumps towards the bathroom, there was a weird stain in the carpet by the bathroom, and the kitchen sink smelt foul. The view from the room was nice, the bed was soft/clean, and the bathroom was clean. The ac/fan never kicked on during the night and we got way too hot, and the tv remote only half worked. Room served its purpose, but I don’t think we’d stay here again. Breakfast was ok

It snowed and the sidewalks were covered in ice, very dangerous. The breakfast was over at 9:30, too early. Coffee was out before I even got a cup, had to ask staff for some. Chef wasn't welcoming at all👎

This hotel is amazing they have stepped it way up. The breakfast is sooo good. Now just need the swimming pool to stay open later then 10:00 and it will be perfect. The workers are the best

The hotel was incredible! From our room layout to the great staff and the best hotel breakfast we have ever had! We will stay here every time we visit family here.

I stay here once a month or so. Staff is always super friendly. Place is clean. This last time I came outside and I had accidentally left my back hatch open and no one had broken in. I love to stay here.

Our stay was wonderful. The hotel was clean. Staff friendly. And the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I have slept in. Breakfast was also very good. Would definitely stay again.
