The hotel is on the side of the road, there is no food on foot, the breakfast is very simple, the same every day, but coffee is available all day. There was no cleaning on the first night of check-in, no explanation, I asked the front desk, and the reply was that all the cleaners were not there.

I liked the hotel as it was clean and convenient. We were disappointed to learn upon check in that the pool was under renovation, having kids it’s the reason we chose this hotel. There’s nothing to do in or around the surrounding area.

Good breakfast as always in a Hampton Inn. The rooms and hotel are clean. It has been renovated so overall it is in good condition. Only 1 of 2 elevators working and issues with the pool prevented its use but neither are the hotel’s fault. I’m sure they’ll be fixed.

This is one of the smaller Hampton Inns I’ve been to. It was clean, but the bathroom could use some work (it was ok, but squeaky shower and some chipped paint). The staff was wonderful and breakfast was nice. The highway noise was quite noticeable.

This is our go to hotel for when we are visiting our family. Rooms were clean, breakfast was spit on, the staff were friendly and ready to help in all matters. Highly recommended staying here if you sre ever in Waterbury.

Businesses in area were not inviting; industrial looking.
No one at front desk to check out. Needed to wait approximately 5 minutes. She was in back room.

I only stayed 1 night. Check out is at 11am next day. I had staff unlocking my door around 8am and every 30 minutes after that. I had to tell one staff member to wait till 11am. It was a crazy to be woken up this way.!
