The property looks pretty new, it was clean and service was as expected. I was unhappy to find there was no gym, specially since I couldn’t just go for a run as it was raining every morning. My biggest disappoin**ent though was the fact that the internet was not good enough for videoconferencing on zoom. In this day and age, I think it is pretty essential to have a good internet available, even if it were to cost some extra money. Unfortunately I had to leave the hotel because I needed to work from my room.

Café da manhã muito caro (R$ 60,00/hóspede), com preço diferente do informado pelo atendente do restaurante (R$ 40,00). Os itens disponibilizados para consumo não condizem com o valor cobrado.
TV com qualidade de imagem insatisfatória.
Misturador do chuveiro não regula a temperatura (ou a água ficas muito fria ou muito quente).
Paredes em drywall, sem isolamento acústico, dificultando o descanso/repouso. Para piorar, o corredor é revestido em porcelanato, amplificando e reverberando o som.
Não conte com mais de dez minutos na prorrogação do seu horário de saída.
Central de reservas não facilita a redução no preço da diária e nem a equipara aos valores informados nos sites de reserva.

O hotel é muito bom, mas o banheiro para pessoas com deficiência precisa de alguns ajustes: o box é grande, o piso escorregadio, a barra de apoio perto da privada estava solta. O papel higiênico de qualidade ruim e o estacionamento muito estreito e é cobrada a diárias de $35,00 sem manobrista. Mas, no geral é um bom hotel
