Other than the room having a musty smell, the hotel was great. The pool was the cleanest that I’ve ever seen a hotel pool and the room/hotel was overall clean.

Inside of the hotel you will feel good, but the building of the hotel, outside, needs more hygiene, you need to paint the hotel.

From the moment we checked in right til we checked out everything was wonderful. The staff was very friendly, polite, and professional. The staff was available for all our needs and the hotel appears to be well taken care of. Our room was comfortable and clean as was our bathroom. I would say the only thing was annoying was the TV cable system and that’s because we are used to modern, fast response amenities when it comes to turning a tv on and getting a channel- lol! If you want to watch a certain channel you have to arrow up/down til you get there - Haha! But by far we were very pleased and comfortable with our accommodations. We will definitely stay there again.

Great quick stay! Comfy bed and great water pressure for shower. Saw a few ants in the bathroom area in the middle of the night, we didn’t bring any food or drinks into the room so this was not from us. I’d stay again in a pinch!

This is a fairly old building, no elevator. Our room was a double, 2 queen beds but only 1 luggage holder and one chair. Had to use the chair for the other suitcase so there was no place to sit but the beds. It seems there was no thought to the layout of the room because only 1 bed could see the tv. If it was placed in the center of the wall it would be good for both. The fridge was cold .Did not use the microwave. Again, the room is a double but there were toiletries for only 1 person. The beds were soft and comfortable to sleep but not to sit. Add a star if you are attending a function at the Osceola Heritage Park which is less than a mile away. Very easy walk.
