Elevator didn’t work so we agreed to stay on first floor. Our room rate somehow went up $100 vs what I booked through *******. Also non smoking rooms vs smelt like cigarettes everywhere.

My only issues was the bathroom.. We had a handicap room.. The bathroom floor was slippery. I slipped this morning and landed on my injured ankle.. I didn’t fall on the floor I caught myself… But the floor needs to be made nonslip..
The bed was very comfortable the alittle to high
I had to use my wheelchair to get into bed..
Just things I notice. Since I injured myself you see things a lot different…
