The hotel is very close to the Miami International Stadium and about 18 minutes' walk to Tri-rail. There are many fast food restaurants nearby.

Front desk was too busy talking among themselves and not attending to customers. There was 1 young lady that actually thanked everyone for their patience. Floors in room were sticky. Bathroom in main lobby out of order. Pool had tons of leaves

The hotel maintenance is very poor, every single door on the floor we stayed had plenty of bumps. Our door had been poorly repaired and you had to push very both to open and close it.
The room had a strong odor. The space in the room is very narrow due to that unnecessary kitchen (it's a hotel room, not a condo).
Breakfast was ok, not good.

Clean and neat. Parking space at the front of the hotel. The beds were comfortable. You could hear them in the next room quite well. Breakfast OK.

Room 228 was horrible. Nasty floors. White socks turned brown. There might be a mold concern in this room. I couldn’t quit coughing while in this room. My wife and I were both sick. The second day my room never got cleaned. This hotel can be cleaner. Seems like the staff are lacking in this area.

I stayed here with my two sons for a soccer games against Inter Miami Academy teams in the morning and then to watch The Pro’s play in the evening. I specifically called to ensure there was a king bed and a pull out bed in the room I had booked. I was told there was.
When I got to my room it had no pull out bed. The staff told me “it was what I had booked” and I had to prove I had called to check. They even asked to see the record of the call and the number I had called!! Later that night when we went to make up the bed there was no linen and no pillows. My son went to the desk and was told they wouldn’t have any until the morning! What use is that?
I ended up in the hotel laundry room with the front desk lady searching for clean linen for my son. Never did find a pillow.
Staff were not helpful at all. Hotel was ok but for $200 a night I would have expected at least what I had booked and confirmed.
