Pont-a-Mousson Hotels with Wi-Fi

I arrived to 23h-00h and, since the reception was closed, I used a stick to get my room. However, my booking number via Booking (4054338756, confidential code: 8113) did not work. The emergency number shown on the door was also inoperative after several trials, so I had to pay a night extra via the phone to access my room, which worked strangely. I asked for a double-paid night refund, but Laurence refused to do so by calling me unpleasant, following my comment on the room hygiene that felt the drain. I find it difficult to understand the refusal to refund a €70 room with hygiene problems. Booking and TripAdvisor also highlight these hygiene problems. In the end, I paid € 140 instead of € 70 for my night on October 18th. I intend to return this information to the Kyriad group. I do not recommend staying at Enzo Hotels. For €70 you will find comfort and respect much better in other institutions such as Ibis or others.
