Hilton Garden Inn Jacksonville Ponte Vedra Sawgrass

It was good for the purpose of a family stay. Accommodated everyone and was everything we needed.

We were having a family gathering and wanted to stay outside of Jacksonville. Our reservation was accidentally changed by the hotel. We were not sure what to expect. However the hotel front person Chase eased our concerns showed us a couple of rooms and we we ended up having a good time even know our rooms were not together. And all 10 of us enjoyed breakfast compliments of the hotel and Chase made sure we were having a nice stay. Great location and hotel was very clean!!

A business person’s hotel that also seems like a nice place for families enjoying the area.

The carpet in the room was not clean. later I receive a text asking how the room is and when I mentioned it I was promised that someone will come to clean it. No one showed up. For a $290 per night, this is horrible service.

We are Hilton Honors members but I don’t remember having to request housekeeping. The first day when we left room and asked maid to fill coffee and creamer for us so she did and cleaned the room. After that the room was never cleaned again. We didn’t realize we had to request housekeeping. I am disabled the room itself was beautiful with a lot space for my wheelchair which was very helpful. We did love the room.

Great location. Very clean with large rooms. Restsurant accessible through the lobby.

This hotel was pleasant, but Hilton needs to spend some time upgrading their bedding. The mattress in this room was like a BOARD! If you like an extremely hard mattress with feather pillows that don’t have enough loft left to give any shape or support for your head, this is your spot!

Located close to venue where we enjoyed a concert. An easy drive to St Augustine to visit historical sights, enjoy dining options and check out the amazing nights of lights displays.
