Lovely room, super clean, great location, parking close by (unless you think a 4 minute walk is far), airco present, very good bathroom, good bed, and yes, check in was self service, but communication with hotel was super snd efficient, we found it very convenient, will recommend and will return 😀

We booked this hotel for our anniversary, returning to nearby where we got married. Due to covid, we had to change the booking twice meaning that the prices had significantly gone up when we actually managed to holiday, and we ended up having to pay the difference without breakfast included (as it had been originally). Room was lovely. Location fantastic for local amenities and parking. Customer service was basically non existent. Super awkward check in and no one else on the desk ever said hello or smiled - don’t even think they looked up. The cleaner alone was friendly and did a great job on the room. I mirror what others have said in reviews about the security. We were told there were times no one would be at the desk and so the front door would be locked and we’d need the key to let ourselves in. We found the door left wide open when returning late at night. Not that I think there’s anything to worry about in the area but whilst the room was nice, it wasn’t anything special for how lacking this place is on every other front. It would take so little to elevate the experience here - a friendly greeting, a welcome drink, some information about amenities or local recommendations to help you settle in. Good luck to you, we won’t be returning or recommending I’m afraid.

Front desk lady was so rude twice. Parking is NOT included like their details say. And they should make it more clear there is no elevator.

Parking is not included like their site says. The front desk lady was so rude. They should state that there is no elevator as I have a bad knee. I was disappointed overall with the place. And there was a flea market in the center of town so I had to park way far away to get to the hotel.

Struttura ideale per visitare agevolmente tutte le attrazioni che offre la caratteristica città di Alcudia e i suoi dintorni. Punto di forza dell’appartamento è senza dubbio la posizione, infatti è posizionato in pieno centro e all’interno dell’area pedonale. Lo stabile - molto caratteristico - è massiccio e bello esteticamente mentre gli interni sono estremamente confortevoli e funzionali. Non manca proprio nulla ad eccezione dell’ascensore ma per noi non è stato un problema, comunque meglio a sapersi. Molto bello il balconcino ad angolo che dava sull’animata strada. Nel nostro soggiorno durato cinque giorni ci siamo trovati molto bene. La colazione - servita nell’adiacente e rilassante giardino - è risultata ottima ed abbondante e dall’ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Nessun problema per il parcheggio perché ampiamente disponibile a pochi metri gratuitamente.

Ein sauberes und modernes Interieur in einem schönen alten Gebäude in der Altstadt. Sehr leckeres Frühstück, freundliches Personal. Geschäfte, Restaurants und Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Der Strand ist in 30min fußläufig zu erreichen.

Très bon hôtel situé dans le cœur d’Alcudia. Le personnel est très gentil. Les chambres sont agréables. Nous devions prendre le bateau à 7:00 du matin pour la France. L’hôtel est situé à moins de 10mn en voiture du port d’Alcudia. Le personnel nous a fait préparer un pic nic pour le petit-déjeuner car nous devions partir tôt. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel. Il y a plusieurs parkings gratuits à moins de 10mn à pied de l’hôtel.
