1st room : was notable to open door. It took the desk clerk 4 trys. The room was not clean, tv had no remote. When remote was provided the tv , only half of a picture and screen cracked. Told that housekeeping was informed about the dirty room. Went to get a refund (was only in room for 10min.) was told no refunds, the clerk called the manager on phone. The clerk told them the problem, still no refund . 2nd room : floor needed vacuuming, sheets on bed stained and holes. No smoke detector or phone in room. Both rooms shouldn't have been rented out until problems fixed.
