Great hotel! Add 25 dollar "amenity" fee that is not advertised. First I thought it was a gip. But all in all you get your money's worth.

Great, inexpensive hotel in downtown Portland. Great location, but it feels a bit shady at night. Still, it has its own parking so you don’t really need to worry about your car or your walk from your car to your room. It has a mini fridge, cable tv, and air conditioning, all the amenities necessary for a short trip.

The room is very clean. There are coffee, lemonade and pastries in the lobby every afternoon. Mineral water in the lobby freezer can be taken for free at any time. There is frozen creamer in the room refrigerator to make coffee. Two complimentary drinks (non-alcoholic) upon check-in. Opposite the hotel is Mirrison Bridge, you can take a walk after dinner, the lake view is beautiful😊

The room itself was clean and nice, but they charged too much for amenities and deposits. Other than that, it was okay. I haven't been to the bar, so I'm not sure. It seemed like there were a lot of people.

Our family of three enjoyed this property overall. The location is fantastic, and we were given a room overlooking the river, which was lovely. The complimentary drinks were much appreciated. Our room with two double beds was on the small side but had everything we needed. We weren’t huge fans of the bedding - it was really difficult to manage for two people. I would say this is a fine property for a short stay.

The hotel was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. All the staff were wonderful and so helpful! The area around the hotel can be a little dodgy at night to no fault of the hotel itself. And the restaurant is a bit mediocre but great if you're just looking for a quick drink. All in all great experience!

The stay was great. I think the only thing I would caution guests, is the room was unusually warm due to temps in the 70's in March. We could not get the AC to work. I would not want to stay on the 4th floor in the summer if there is no AC. Otherwise nice room, nice staff, great experience.

We are here for the Shamrock Race (5K, 8K, 15K, and half marathon) tomorrow, and this is *the perfect* location for the race! Also, the hospitality staff added some balloons and a beautiful card to our room as my son's birthday is tomorrow. We will definitely come back!! The suite is big & perfect for our family.

The staff did a great job of making sure we had what we needed. All the staff that we talked to were very friendly. Easy check-in and check-out. The pineapple water and welcome drink were great perks but really wished we could have tried the cookies that I read about. Also wished that the water pressure in the shower was stronger. Enjoyed the robes and pineapple touches everywhere. We were able to walk from Union Station to the hotel and walk to Powell’s Books, donut and coffee shops easily. If shopping is on your list of things to do, then this hotel is close to so many retail shops! They offer a Zipcar onsite, but ride shares were easy to get and came within minutes of requesting it. Public transportation is also right by the hotel for easy access to places around town.
