Impeccable service and the staff is intelligent and beyond professional. I’d say they were my favorite part of the stay. I loved the design and luxurious feel of the hotel, as well. The rooms are on the small side in Portugal but this hotel is of high quality and extremely clean. The sauna, steam room, and are pool are incredibly beautiful. Great location. Wonderful breakfast. The bed was super comfortable and the hotel was always quiet. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends. I’d love to know who developed the hotel. One thing that I wish I had been told is that there was a rooftop. No one mentioned this at check-in and I just saw it in another post on Google.

Five-star praise! ! ! The facilities are complete, clean and tidy, the environment is very good, the design is novel and unique, the service is considerate, the attitude is enthusiastic, everything is OK, and I will continue to book next time

The location is good, but the software configuration is still far from five-star. It is especially unacceptable that a twin room is equipped with a fully transparent shower room. Fortunately, there is a double room available for non-transparent rooms, but the logic does not make sense!

Super comfortable hotel, centrally located and within easy access of attractions and lots of transport options. The staff were lovely and went out of their way to help. Also the spa and restaurant were excellent. Would recommend and we’re definitely going back.

Fantastic hotel, in a great location to get to all the beautiful sights of Porto. The staff are super helpful and friendly and make your stay extra special. The breakfast was great and a good selection to choose from. The rooms are tastefully decorated and comfortable, loved the blackout curtains. The rooftop bar is not open yet but was able to go up there to look at the view, it will be lovely once it's up and running. Would come back at stay again!

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful city. Having stayed in wine & books Lisbon we had to try here. It did not disappoint. Staff are lovely. Breakfast fabulous. Rooms are tastefully decorated and comfortable bed. Only negative is the door to toilet in bedroom. I did prefer the dinner menu in Lisbon hotel. Very centrally located to all attractions. Spa amazing ! Very nice pool

This fairly new hotel was a great find. Ideal location in the centre of Porto. The staff are all lovely, very helpful and informative about local restaurants and sights and helped us decide where to move onto after Porto. The rooms are lovely but not perhaps for new couples as you shower in full view of each other, for old marrieds like us this was fine. The breakfast was very good, huge selection plus a la carte all included.
