"The location was perfect. We had the hop-on-hop-off bus tour right opposite the hotel, and a very nice small shop nearby where we could find food and drinks. The staff were pleasant, though a small issue: very few of them spoke French. As for the facilities, everything was fine. Regarding the TV, there were only two French channels, which wasn't great. However, there was a small kettle for coffee/tea, a small bottle of water provided every morning, and a fridge in the room."

"The friendliest and most helpful staff, genuinely made it the perfect stay. The hotel is so gorgeous, the rooms are modern and clean, and the location is perfect to explore the ribeira. The views from the bridge just a 5 minute walk away are breathtaking, and it isn’t far to walk to most of the best spots in Porto. The restaurant and the food is also amazing, and the atmosphere is chilled and relaxed, it’s so peaceful and honestly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommend."

The staff is very friendly and smiling, apart from that it is definitely in an ideal location for touristic places to visit in Porto. It is difficult to find parking in the center of Porto but it is not a problem here, there is a very spacious and large underground parking lot. Our accommodation is 10 out of 10, we definitely recommend it."

"We had a really lovely stay at Bfresh Hotel and would definitely recommend it. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay and really added to the experience. The hotel itself is quaint, peaceful and has such a relaxing atmosphere – you genuinely feel miles away from the hustle and bustle of the city, despite being in a great location for exploring Porto. Our only slight disappointment was the breakfast, which was quite basic. There were no cooked options apart from boiled eggs, so a little more variety would have been nice. That said, it certainly wouldn’t put us off returning. The location was spot on, the hotel was peaceful and comfortable, and the wonderful staff made us feel very welcome. We would happily stay at Bfresh again when visiting Porto."
